Yacht Club Villas Unit 2-305 is located in Barefoot Resort & Golf right over the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a 3BR/3BA End Unit Condo with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina, and Barefoot Landing. Enjoy the fireworks from one of 2 balconies during the summer months. This property is a short walk to one of the largest pools in South Carolina as well as the Marina Bar & Grill.

The Condo was freshly painted in 2021 and has new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig/Coffee maker combo, Air Fryer, Griddle and so much more. Enjoy a dual oven with two separate cooking compartments which can be set to different temperatures and times. This is a kitchen for large gatherings and delicious cooking!

The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed and a twin pullout as needed along with a private bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a queen-size pullout couch for additional guests. There is a Smart TV in every room. Full Washer/Dryer available.
The property is stocked with numerous board games for rainy days or something to do as a family at night. Enjoy a night of poker with your friends with the cards and chips that are provided. Enjoy the use of beach chairs for your trip to the beach.

Barefoot Golf Resort has 4 championship golf courses along with a clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes. Across the Waterway is Barefoot Landing with 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. The beach is 1.2 miles away with parking or take the Barefoot Shuttle which leaves every hour during the summer months.

Golf trip to Myrtle Beaach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the property was AMAZING!! I have been running this trip every year since 2002 and this was definitely the BEST the Barefoot Villas was the absolute nicest we have stayed in. The biggest SHOUT OUT I would like to give is to the amazing young woman who handled our check in. She went above and beyond the service I have received at any of the other places we have stayed. I wish I could remember her name! She went over all the information in detail even down to taking me outside and showing me the high rises our group would be in. This was truly the VERY BEST!!!
