House Rules 🚫 Strictly No Leavers – Bookings will not be accepted. Noise Restrictions: No noise after 9pm on weekdays (Sun–Thurs) and 10pm on weekends (Fri–Sat).
At all times, noise must be kept at a respectful level. Neighbours should not be able to hear music or “rowdy” behaviour from the house.
Guests & Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people only (including children).
No extra guests, visitors, or gatherings permitted due to local licensing requirements.
Parking: Maximum of 2 cars (including one undercover space). No additional vehicles are allowed.
Pets 🐾 Pets are only allowed at approved pet-friendly properties with prior consent from the manager. Conditions apply: Allowed: Small non-shedding dogs only (with approval).
Not Allowed: Medium–large dogs, cats, rabbits, or birds.
Dogs must be at least 2 years old (no puppies).
Pets must be supervised and never left alone at the property. Local rangers may be called if barking occurs.
