The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub and a walk in shower. the second bedroom has a queen bed and uses the bathroom located just off the living room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and plenty of windows. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats two. Just off the kitchen, a large laundry room provides and washer and dryer. The screened portion of the upper deck has plenty of cushioned seating, the open portion of the deck has seating and an outdoor dining table. The lower deck also has a screened portion.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
