This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the Cashiers Village. It’s a precious cottage, decorated very nicely, and every thing you’d need in the kitchen. It’s has a great porch that overlooks a pretty pond. I really enjoyed the serenity made even better with 18 different birds chirping.

Clean, cozy, beautiful cottage very close to center of Cashiers. Was a great place to relax and rejuvenate in this quiet cottage, but close to all Cashiers has to offer.

We loved our stay! This cozy cottage was the perfect spot for our family of four—close to downtown Cashiers and an easy drive to everything the area has to offer. We especially loved coming back after a day of exploring to enjoy nature walks around the neighborhood, relaxing on the back porch, and s’mores by the fire. A wonderful, peaceful family getaway.

Great location, super easy check-in/out. Very quiet and secluded road but walkable to downtown Cashiers! My 4 year old daughter loved the backyard with the fire pit and creek.

Absolutely charming mountain cottage-accurately represented; beautifully appointed. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design to achieve maximum use of space, function, and pleasing aesthetics. When choosing a vacation rental, these are just as important to me as location because I like to enjoy the property itself as well as the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The outside was tastefully landscaped with a campfire area, and the view from the covered back porch was inviting in the early mornings and evenings for coffee and conversation. We spent lots of time within working a jigsaw puzzle, reading books, and watching movies. Located just outside of town, we walked to restaurants, shops, and a farmer’s market. Saw several waterfalls and took some short hikes. Nice area with friendly people. Host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this lovely cottage! We will be back!

My husband, Bertha the Bernedoodle, and I enjoyed our stay in Tiny Trails Cottage. Access was on a tiny trail close to the center of Cashiers, but the drive was not steep or perilous. Whoever remodeled the little cottage in 2017 did a great job of maximizing the space, and we liked the dark stained ceilings, the hardwood flours, and the interior decor. The bedrooms were small but had some storage space…maybe not room for big suitcases, but since there were just the two humans, we used the twin bedroom to put our suitcases and “stuff.” The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed some meals we bought at the Farmers Market a five minute drive away. The back porch was a perfect spot to read, rock, and relax. The location allowed us to easily visit Cashiers and neighboring Highlands.

What a wonderful weekend escape we had. We loved the back porch, the coziness of the cottage and the view of the pond. Kitchen was well equipped. So worth the money. Close to town!

Secluded but right in Cashiers and close to Highlands. Charming cottage with great back porch to unwind and wine. Partly narrow road but not steep. Kitchen has everything you need. So much better than a noisy hotel, relax and escape to hear the birdsong.

We had a wonderful stay at Tiny Trail cottage! It was the perfect place to escape the heat in July with our two teen daughters. The house is so very convenient to town and we loved being able to walk to coffee or shopping. The house is small in size but was updated, clean, efficient and had everything we needed down to extra coffee and trash bags. (My advice would be to pack on the light side as there is not a ton of room for large suitcases)We had wonderful meals at Whiteside Brewing, Oak Steakhouse and Slab Town Brewing pizza. Also enjoyed grocery shopping at very nearby Ingles. We enjoyed hiking, zip lining and shopping in Highlands as well as making s’mores by the fire pit in the beautiful backyard. Pam was extremely helpful and a gracious host. We cannot wait to visit again.
