The condo is located on the second level, offers air-conditioning/heat, fans in every room, all necessary kitchen appliances and 1 complimentary off-street parking spot.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The living room features both a sectional and standard couch situated to comfortably watch the smart TV.

Enjoy fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and full fridge/freezer. 4-person dining table and additional 2-person high-top table situated in the entry way "porch".

Clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, unless guests prefer to bring their own.

No pets, no smoking and must be 25+ years old to rent.

Parking is very tight and oversized vehicles/trucks may be a close fit. There is one designated off-street parking spot labeled for the unit. Street parking is free, available first come first serve, directly across the street from the unit.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
