The Space:
This two-story townhouse is perfect for a group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and want to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. With ample space to accommodate up to 8 guests, this vacation home invites you to embrace the carefree resort lifestyle. Situated on the first floor, the entrance opens into a welcoming open-concept floor plan, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for all who step through the front door. The home is located in a lovely community called Regal Palms Resort & Spa Community which offers a clubhouse, beach-style pool, lazy river, waterslides, a gym, on-site dining, tiki bar, and more! Please note: Access to all the community amenities has an additional fee of $22.40 + tax per day, an amount that is paid upon check-in at the resort front desk. (The fees are not included in the reservation costs.)

- The LIVING ROOM provides a delightful entertainment experience with its spaciousness and a large flat-screen television. The sliding glass doors not only enhance the room's brightness but also lead to a patio, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors.

-The KITCHEN of is open to the living room, allowing the cook of the day to keep an eye out on the big game in between meal prep chores. You’ll have everything you need to whip up any meal of the day and a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.

- A BREAKFAST BAR takes up one end of the kitchen giving guests the option of enjoying their morning donuts or spending a few quality moments in casual conversation with the one who is doing the cooking.

- The dining space is a friendly one, offering a table built for 6, perched under a glass light that keeps this room bright, even when night falls outside.

- A cozy patio outside the living room offers two chairs and a prime location for people watching or enjoying the beauty of a Florida night.

- 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, upper level, ensuite full bath
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen, lower level, shared bathroom

All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with standard cable.

Guests must climb stairs to reach the upper level of the home.

A BBQ grill rental (the propane tank is not included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

We provide a few bath essentials upon arrival, such as basic soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For home essentials, we provide paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap/tablets. Please note that these are not replenished if you run out.


We are pleased to inform you that the room you will be staying in is equipped with a secure safe, providing you with added peace of mind during your stay.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

In the unfortunate event that an issue arises during your stay, please send us a message or contact the emergency line. We kindly ask you to allow 24h for any reported issue to be fixed or addressed.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All instructions and access codes will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.
