Chris, thank you for staying with us. We were surprised by the lower ratings for accuracy and location, as you told us during your stay that everything was great and no concerns were brought to our attention. We reached out afterward because we genuinely wanted to understand if anything about the home or location differed from what you expected, but unfortunately we did not receive any additional feedback. We take great care to accurately represent Casa La Cape and its location so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, communication and arrival experience, and we wish you all the best.
