Our newly renovated place is close to the beach, restaurants, dining and nightlife. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). When you stay at our Coco Beach Home you are staying at a place where dreams come true. The amazing nature of Costa Rica will leave you speechless. The friendly people will welcome you to paradise. We open our home to you in order to write one of the best chapters of your life: The Unforgettable Vacation. Dare to live happy, Pura Vida

Our spacious 80 sq metre, 860 sq foot, one-level, main floor condo has just been fully renovated. This is one of the largest condos in the area. New kitchen and bathrooms with custom, Costa Rican Guanacaste hardwood cabinets and granite countertops. Brand new Stainless steel appliances. Tile floors throughout. Entire place has been freshly painted. New beds. 3 separate remote controlled air conditioners. All amenities are available for use. Safe in the closet.

Beautiful, large pool within a tropical garden setting. Pool lounges and chairs available. Covered rancho with table and benches. Well-lit parking lot. Free laundry facilities on site. 24 hour security service. Property manager available to meet any of your needs.


Our 12 unit condo complex is the closest to the beach in the Las Palmas development. The beach is very beautiful, clean and safe for swimming. A short 10 minute walk takes you to downtown Coco where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, casinos, supermarkets, bars and exciting nightlife. Also nearby, within a 3 minute walk, are a Mini Luperon convenience store and many nice restaurants and coffee shops.
Playas del Coco is a well-developed area, only 20 km from Liberia International Airport. Roads are well-paved and you can be at the pool or beach within 25 minutes of leaving the airport!


Prices may be negotiable at certain times and lengths of stay.

Great little place close to the beach

If you are looking for a small little apartment with a nice pool close to the beach and many restaurants, this is the place.

The home Sonny and Anne share with me was beautiful and felt like home. Everything was perfect and equipped for all your needs. The pool and grounds are well maintained and evening security made you feel safe and sound. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The place itself was awesome and we met some pretty nice neighbors. VRBO could make the payment process a bit clearer, especially for a first-time user.

Great location and amenities

This condo was perfect for us: kitchen was fully equipped, twin beds for the kids, 2 bathrooms and ACs in each rooms. The beach is so close. We would sometimes walk to the main street or drive if we had stuff to buy.

Everything you need and can hear the waves at night. Bit of a walk to ‘downtown’ so our golf cart was real handy.

Wonderful

Perfect location & so easy to get to from the airport. The condo was very nice, everything we needed was there. The host was very responsive to the couple of inquiries we had. Luis, the property manager, was there within minutes of our arrival. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sonny & Anne, for allowing us to use your condo!

Perfect getaway

Everything was just as listed..no surprises ..all the conveniences of home .the landscaper became our friend .my husband made him coffee everyday and he brought us flowers often..good location to visit other areas...thank you for sharing your home...5 stars

Short but good

The property was fine, the pool great and the other residents fun. Other than being cut short by 2 weeks because of covid 19 we would have really enjoyed it.

Great condo and great location

Stayed as a family of four with 2 young kids and the condo was perfect. It was nice to be away from the main town center and have a quick 1-2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of things nearby (restaurants, mini-market, etc) so trips to main street are only needed for bigger grocery store runs. It probably wouldn't hurt to have a golf cart rental but it's definitely not necessary. The condo complex in general was great and the pool was perfect for afternoon swims. Very nice community of people who were all welcoming! Wouldn't change a thing!

Absolutely fantastic!

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, well maintained, and steps to the beach. The owner, Sonny, was helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations and allowed us to check in early with no hassles. The property manager, Luis, came to find us when we arrived and were lost, two blocks away. (Completely our fault). There was a welcome basket of fruit and binders full of interesting information and ideas. We loved it so much that we have already recommended it to friends and family. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Pura Vida

The Coco Beach Home condo is comfortable and in a perfect location; close to the beach and restaurants and stores. The internet connection is great and we appreciated having Netflix included. The pool and landscaping around the condo are beautiful and well maintained. We stayed for the month of October, which is the rainy season; it rained almost every afternoon. Because it was rainy season, it was also low season with very few tourists so some restaurants and stores in Coco were closed (although some started opening mid-October). We had no problem getting into restaurants or booking tours. There were very few others staying at the condo complex while we were there so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and recommend staying at this condo.

A little piece of paradise .

Location location location. Beautiful condo with everything you need to make your vacation complete. A short 3 minute walk to beach , folding beach chairs and cooler made beach time very comfortable . A 3 minute walk to a small supermarket that has the basic necessities. Roughly 10 min walk to the main drag , where there are plenty of restaurants and souvenirs to be found. Other guests and owners very friendly and welcoming . Communication with Sonny was swift and easy . He provided perfect directions to condo , as well as all info regarding internet code , lock box combination , helpful info about the area . The time we spent at Coco beach home was everything we had hoped for and then some . If we return to Coco in the future , Sonny 's condo will be the first place we will contact to see what dates are available ! Thank you Sonny , Tom N.

Yeah! We can travel again!

Sonny’s condo is in a wonderful spot, close to great restaurants, beach and all things Costa Rica. Condo is comfortable and well appointed, grounds are beautiful and well kept. We loved our daily visit with our gardener who helped us add to our Spanish vocabulary. Can’t wait for our next Costa Rican experience! Purda Vida!

Everything you need

Well stocked kitchen with toaster, all plates and cutlery etc. Only missing a dishwasher but we are just 2 so not a big deal. Walk to the beach, stores, restaurants. Clean pool and grounds kept very well. Safe in bedroom. On site manager that is very attentive.
