Magnificent penthouse Crescent Beach # 134, in the exclusive sector of Palmas del Mar Humacao. Very spacious and bright with beautiful ocean view. It has a very spacious kitchen and equipped with everything you need and Wine cooler. The penthouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, terrace on the second floor with an unforgettable view and balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The living room is equipped with cable TV and internet wifi. The Master Bedroom has access to a large balcony with ocean view. It Also includes a King-Size bed, flat screen TV and bathroom. The second bedroom includes queen bed and a full bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, has indoor parking.

The complex has an area of three swimming pool for adults and children, sport area for beach volleyball beach. Some of the amenities include Golf Courses, Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Yacht Club Marina, a Hotel, Beach Club, Casino and excellent restaurants. It is located 10 min from the complex you will find Sam's, Walmart, fast food and grocery.
For us is very important that you enjoy your stay in our facilities and have absolute
privacy . we do not have cameras installed inside the village.

This was my 5th time staying in the penthouse apartment and it is always a sanctuary. Updating of kitchen cabinets is my only suggestion for enhancing the experience.

Fabulous weekend

This property is very accessible at Palmas del Mar , Humacao, Puerto Rico.It has spectacular views of the ocean where you can relax but, as well, you can go horse and bike riding or enjoy under the Caribbean sun at the three swimming pools available and at the gorgeous beach!The Vrbo is excellent as well as the host.

Excellent penthouse

Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and came with clear instructions. The surrounding community is fantastic, offering plenty of activities for families. One thing to note: the unit is on the 5th floor. While there is an elevator, it was out of service for 4 out of the 7 days of our stay, including on checkout day, which made things a bit challenging. This was not the owner’s fault, and she communicated reasonably well and did assist with the elevator issues.

This is my fourth time staying in this unit. Great location and unit is a favorite. Only issue was that only one washcloth was provided; I requested more but additionals not provided.

Great view with closeness to beach and pools

Nice apt with solar panels that saved our stay when there was a massive power outage across most of island. Unit has boogie boards for kids and other items. There is a very narrow circular, and steep staircase that leads from living area to rooftop deck. Beautiful view and very large deck but no barbeque.Kitchen poorly equipped. Kitchen had 3 small frying pans, no salad bowls or other bowls, no pans or baking dishes for oven. The property manager did not provide check-in details in a timely manner. Two days before arrival had to call property manager to get details however, even then had to send picture id before getting the details.

Beautiful

This property is a beautiful place to stay and visit Puerto Rico. The views are gorgeous from the balcony and the rooftop. The beds were comfortable, apartment had everything we needed along with a cooler, umbrella, and boogie boards for fun in the water. Felt very safe in the area and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The entire condo was perfect in so many ways with no wasted space. The entire condo was all accessible and usable. Having a balcony with a sliding glass door was amazing and allowed us to enjoy hearing the ocean waves in the evening laying in bed. Easily accessible with the elevator leading directly to the condo. Having a few steps to the pool and ocean/beach was a dream come true!! Best part was that we had complete privacy. Will definitely do again.

Great condo and host

Stunning views from the balcony and rooftop deck. Solar power backup was an added bonus. Rene was a great host and very easy/quick to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property, gated golf club community. Beach access was just for walking a few 100 meters. Not really ablem to visit local businessses. Definitely need a car to drive and go snorkling, surfing, beach activities. Recommended for golfers not island beach vacationdNo accezz

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a great view from both balcony’s. Upon arrival the check in process was very easy and communication with Rene was great! His instructions for the process were clear and easy to follow. The property upon arrival was clean. There were a few Minor issues that I addressed with Rene But nothing that affected the stay over all. The great part of this property, I thought was a huge plus was the solar energy use. The whole property lost power at one point during our stay and we were one of the few units that had power thank goodness. Thank you soooo much for the wonderful stay Rene. You were an amazing host.

Wonderful!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was out of this world and the views were just what I was hoping for, breathtaking. You could lay in bed at night and hear the ocean. We did make a few trips out to get supplies and see PR but you could stay here the entire time between the beach, pools and restaurants we had it made. The villa has everything you needs just bring your clothing. Walmart is about a 10min drive so you can get supplies/food 1,2,3. The covered parking was a bonus. The owners were great, I was new to Vrbo and they walked me through the process easily. We plan to return to the villa hopefully sooner then later. P.s. My kids gave the villa and beaches five stars!!!!! LOL :)

Relaxing stay a few steps from the beach

We enjoyed this spacious, elegantly decorated 2BR/2BA 5th floor (elevator) unit with our three teenage children. It is right next to the beach with a gorgeous view, also of the lawn, sand volleyball court, and pool area as well. Plenty of room to spread out in the spacious condo with a wide balcony with table and chairs accessed from the living area and master bedroom, and a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the entire rooftop for nighttime sunsets and stargazing which was outfitted with lounge chairs and a dining set. We felt like VIPs using the assigned, covered parking spot under the building. Few Crescent Beach residents were there during our week (last week of March) so we had the pool almost to ourselves, and we felt like we were staying in the nicest complex in Palmas del Mar. Right out the door were miles of clean beach for walking barefoot (no shells, only a little seaweed drying on the beach, which is expected), and no bugs. The waves were sometimes wild, sometimes mild. Communication with Rene was easy and quick, and the place had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again in the future, it felt like we were in paradise.

Crescent Beach

This was our second year in a row staying in this beautiful condo. Great location, with everything we needed--including a nicely stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our time walking on the beach and in the pools.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

My husband and I recently returned from a few nights at this wonderful unit. The unit is beautiful and exactly as advertised - the view from the balcony was fantastic. Upon arrival, everything was incredibly clean and the AC was very efficient in cooling down the place. We never had a problem finding chairs at the pool or the beach. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay - it was a very nice break for us.

Great week away with friends

We loved the overall atmosphere of Crescent Beach. Pool was never busy so we always had our choice of chairs. There isn’t much of a beach to lounge on but you have plenty of room to walk. I didn’t like not having someone there to meet us upon check in. It took us a while to figure out where the washer dryer was and there were no instructions for the TV which only had local channels. We are very disappointed that we were not made aware the dishwasher was not working and wouldn’t be our entire vacation. the apartment itself was wonderful. It was clean cooled up very quickly and had a great view. Unfortunately, you can’t sit outside for morning coffee even with the awnings down because the direct sunlight makes it too hot. The area is very close to restaurants and the supermarket. The restaurants inside the community are very good . Overall, we would definitely go back.
