Staying here is a great way to experience Puerto Rico in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beach is right there, as is the pool, and the villa is spacious, on three floors, and well appointed. We would stay here again for sure.

My family and I had an incredibly relaxing vacation. The condo was the perfect location. The views were stunning and the unit had everything we needed, including beach supplies. Jay was a terrific host and was easily accessible. He couldn't;t have been nicer or more attentive. We are looking forward to returning!

Plenty of space for our family. With three teenage kids we are always searching for enough space and this was excellent. Each bedroom has its only mini split AC unit so each room could have a different temperature. Three full bathrooms made it great. Location was ideal with unobstructed ocean views. Outdoor patios were awesome for dining, drinks, star gazing, and listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean. Highly recommended.

Place is huge and very nice. Has all the little things you need - lots of towels and beach chairs and umbrella! The best was proximity to the pool and beach and of course the view - loved waking up to have coffee and look out on the beach. Our entire family enjoyed the stay!

The host was very friendly and replied to any messages almost immediately. The location was great...we did go during a heavy week of seaweed but nothing anyone can do about that. My son was in the same area a year earlier and the beach was perfect! The house had plenty of space, towels, dishes, and even beach toys! would stay again.

Beautiful location

My teenagers enjoyed the pool and the golf cart rental. I enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean and being close enough to listen to the waves. The amenities were great and the host was very responsive. The villa is in a beautiful gated community with a golf course on site. To quote the teenagers, they said the villa was "sick."

This place is a paradise

Great location, it was amazing to wake up every morning with the beach right next to me. The condo was cozy, cleaned, and with great AC and internet. The host was friendly and the staff at the apartment complex as well. Beautiful place to stay!

Off shore stay

Very nice place. The villa is in a very secured and beautiful location. Very clean! The manager is very responsive and considerate. The beach was right in back of us which was soothing to listen to especially at night. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific property, wonderful location and outstanding owners

Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar previously but really feel that this unit, and especially the owners, has been the best. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location

We had a great time. The location is extraordinary since you can hear the waves even from the inside of the apartment and the view is even better. Everything was clean and the check in/out went smoothly. I would recommend friends and family to stay here.

Paradise in Palmas del Mar!

Wonderful stay in newly renovated and beautiful villa - so close to the pool and the beach! Views off the roof deck can't be beat! Everyone from grandma to grandkids enjoyed the stay. Beds are super comfy! Hosts were super responsive and attentive.

Beautiful Location

This condo is a great place to stay for almost any group (lots of stairs)! The condo is clean, well laid out, and well appointed. The view is incredible and is a lot closer to the water than the picture portrays. The 3rd floor terrace was a lovely surprise! We enjoyed the paved paths around the property and the pool was nice. Jay, the owner, keeps open communication and is a great resource for things to do in the area. He was very accomodating and kind!

Fabulous beachfront location

We spent 10 days in this beautiful oceanfront unit, plenty of space for a large family group. The rooftop deck is spectacular, we watched the sunrise every morning. The beach/ocean is literally steps away. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the beds were very comfortable. Jay the property manager was very responsive to our requests for a couple of light bulb changes and extra towels. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is pristine. We are looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful unit.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Condo was great. Area was so green and well kept. Very secure and safe gated community. Nice bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. AC kept the place nice and cold. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Views from the condo were awesome! Just steps to the beach. Jay was amazing, more than willing to go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Idyllic Stay in Palmas

There is no better place to spend your vacation in Palmas del Mar. Jay's villa comfortably accommodated our family of 8 with three spacious bedrooms and sizable kitchen and living room area, all overlooking stunning ocean views. With both beach and pool just a stones throw away, we had everything we needed to keep us entertained for the week. The villa was very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. Jay is a very responsive host and offered plenty of suggestions for things to do in Palmas, including golf cart rentals which we were sure to take advantage of. We can't wait to plan our next visit!

Family Vacation!

Our condo and the whole resort are beautiful! It was home to us for a week! One of my very favorite places/experiences was having my morning coffee on the little balcony off the main living area. The view of the pool and the ocean was perfect...and that was from every level! It's beautifully and functionally decorated.... plenty of main level seating and kitchen space and relaxing bedrooms. The easy access to both the pool and ocean were fantastic...plenty of lounges, in the shade and sun..whatever we wanted! Jay was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend it!! Thank you again!

Wonderful Tropical Paradise

We didn't realize until we got there, how close we'd be to the water. It was soooo beautiful! The sunrise between palm trees and the moon light at night reflecting between those same trees was like a beautiful postcard. Most mornings we would get up and walk the beach to watch the sunrise with wet feet. The beach was long, surf was powerful. Very meditative. The pool is huge, 4ft across which was nice for pool games. Kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. TVs were huge and perfect for a movie at night. Lots of storage space. Bathrooms great. Included plenty of shampoo and conditioner. Dishwasher came in handy.At night the rooftop deck is great for stargazing. The palmas plaza was closeby for delicious food. We visited Pura Vida there twice and it was great both times. All the ppl attending the property were super nice. We LOVED our stay and hope to return sometime soon!!!

Awesome vacation

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great villa with a beautiful view . When we got there it was easy to get in the key is in a key box right outside the door Jay will send you a code prior to your arrival . Once you open the door the view is just breathtaking . We were there 6 adults and 3 kids and we all were comfortable . There’s 3 floors the 3 rd floor have a roof top patio it’s so cute 🌴teh kitchen is well stock with pots and pans coffee maker etc. Jay was wvery responsive when we had questions and text me back with in minutes . Over all it was great experience staying at Palmas Del Mar . I would definitely come back to Jay and Ashley’s place . Ah one more thing …. The kids enjoyed the pool so much it’s just right in front the balcony.

Villa Nine was divine!

Our family of 7 had a great stay at Villa 9 in Palmas. Our friends rented Villa 18 which was also very nice. We arrived around 6p and Jay explained earlier how to get into gated complex & also our unit. In order to get into main door, you must climb up a couple flights of stairs which was not an issue for us but could be for those with restrictions. The place was very nice inside. Kitchen was smaller than expected (the built-in overhead microwave was broken and a working countertop microwave was substituted which took up a good amount of counter space), not a big deal - we improvised and it was fine. Good amount of pots and pans and baking sheets, as well as silverware and bowls. Plenty of dishes/cups. Oven & dishwasher were small (kitchen in unit 18 seemed to have a better layout for larger group). Knew this was Jay’s newer acquired rental and not sure if still making updates. After a day, Jay reached out via text to see if all was OK - I asked him if there was a blender in the unit, there was not but Jay had a brand new one, in new box at my door within a couple hours! Very nice! The air conditioner on the main floor worked well but had troubles with upper air conditioner. Jay had a service tech come the next day but never seemed to work well. Jay felt bad about air & was going to fix & possibly replace. Location to pool and beach were perfect! We really enjoyed and WILL be back. Recommended Jay’s rentals to family friends coming in summer!
