Great news for all travelers! We now have a Royal Shell North delivering oceanfront elegance! Built with the floor plan and style of the original Royal Shell that is in so much demand, we now offer similar elegance and amenities at the quiet north end! Over 9,000 square feet of beauty and grace offer amenities galore for the entire family to enjoy with an elevator for easy access throughout the house. The ocean view from the east wall of windows in the great room and kitchen is breathtaking. The unique design has the main living with a great room and kitchen on the mid-level which allows for quiet bedrooms on the top level. This property is designed more like a luxury coastal family home than a rental property.

Some changes from the original Royal Shell include 3 dining tables that seat 10 each and the interiors are a soft palette of neutral and sea glass colors. The home theater will have comfy sofas on tiered levels. Perfect for entertaining, there are many gathering areas inside and out. The pool and cabana area are ideal for entertaining with the cabana bar and a kitchenette just off the pool deck area. The top-level kitchen has room for all the cooks and is outfitted to prepare meals for the entire family. A coffee station with a beverage cooler and a second bar for beverages by the kitchen with a beverage cooler. Both make breakfast or cocktail hour easy to access. All king bedrooms are masters (bedrooms with private bathrooms), purposely decorated for a soothing, quiet respite when you need time to yourself. Plenty of games and activities here, including the billiards room with a full-size pool table, a home theater with bar and seating, a game room with game consoles and foosball, a private pool, hot tub, cabana bar, and a half bath are waiting for you to arrive. Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
