Just a short drive from Sydney in Pearl Beach, one of the Central coast’s most beautiful and exclusive beach-side villages.Set amongst the trees on the lagoon just a few minutes walk from the beach, this award-winning house is sustainably designed, with a minimalist and natural aesthetic.



The Space:

The house:



The Silver Bark Loft is a open loft style with the bedrooms and office loft being on the second level yet connected via open voids to the downstairs space giving the entire house an open, light filled experience, yet providing the bedrooms with privacy and space.





The Ground level comprises of a large open kitchen and dining space which leads out to the outdoor dining deck, plunge pool, private backyard and lagoon.



Please note this is a plunge pool and not a spa, it is heated how every it only heats to 26 degrees which is still cold, it will just take the edge off. It does not get hot or warm.



To the front of the house is the lounge and media room with drop down screen and streaming media including free to air TV.

The grounds are not fenced. The property is a short 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the cafe and restaurant.

Guest Access:

We will send you a code for access the morning of check in.



Other Things to Note:

We will send you our digital guide prior to check in with house info, arrival instructions and local recommendations.

We have noise monitors installed in the house, these pick up noise and do not record voices. Please respect neighbours by turning down noise after 10pm. You will be alerted if high levels of noise are detected. All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.

We will be available throughout your stay via phone or text but not on the property.
