Property was clean and spacious and located right near the beach with easy access. No need to drive anywhere which is super convenient and the condo itself was extremely well maintained.

Really great property and location!Plenty of extra beach chairs and other items there for ease of use. Very quick walking distance to the main beach, shops and food. Highly recommend for families and others.

We're glad the location hit the mark and that the extra gear came in handy! We put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need without having to haul stuff from home. Hope to have you back for another summer.

Great condo, good location. Communication with host could have been better, responses were brief & not very helpful. Requesting early check-in for 3:00 and not finding out it's not an option until 2:30 wasn't real convenient when travelling from 4 hours away.

We're glad the condo and location worked out well for you, and we hear you on the communication timing, an early check-in request should be confirmed well ahead of arrival, not left until the last hour. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved the location close to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants and bars, right near all the action!

Came to see the fall colors and visit as many states as we could, NH, MA, VT and ME. Loved our location, the restaurants and our temporary home.

Great location, close to everything! Hard to find a unit with washer, drier, two bathrooms and and elevator, this place has it all! Great view of the ocean and Wednesday night fireworks from beautiful outdoor balcony. Just steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Little getaway

Just like home at the beach!

This property is wonderful! It is large enough so that everyone has their own space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and anything else you might want to go to. I highly recommend this property.

Delightful

Gracious hosts; treated us with kindness and a generous spirit. This was also my friend's first visit east and she was awestruck by the Hampton experience. Could not have been more pleased.

Hampton Beach Great Stay

Beautifully maintained and clean condo with comfortable beds — a wonderful place to stay! We especially appreciated having access to the garage to store our beach gear. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick and helpful responses. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the neighborhood bar. I would highly recommended!

Great communication, fabulous location! We loved the layout of the property and it was so clean! Communication was great. No problems at all. Easy walk to beach and local restaurants and bars. We also liked that we had access to garage which we used to store our beach gear without having to lug it into the condo. Would definitely stay here again

Tesla Concert Weekend

Found this gem of a listing and had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, and the Casino Ballroom where we attended a concert. Couldn't have been happier with the location, property, and the EXCELLENT communication during the entire check in to the post emails and texts. QUICKLY responded to all questions and clear instructions. DEFINITELY staying again here this summer!
