This self catering apartment is for rent in an outstanding location with amazing views.
This 2 bedroom apartment is built and furnished to a high standard. There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room with a relaxing terrace outside. The apartment has Air conditioning a cooker fridge, microwave TV, DVD and washing machine. There are two bedrooms and a bath/shower room.
There is a beautifully landscaped communal pool available to residents only .
Situated on a mountain (Cumbre del sol) it is in a lovely peaceful stress free location whilst being part of a complex that has an amazing 'infinity' pool and a further larger pool a 2 minute walk away, available to residents only. The Bar/Bistro at the pool complex is open all year round and all is accessed with a key available from the owner.
Also within a 10 minute walk away is a small commercial centre with a few restaurants, bars The beach of Playa del Moraig is a 5 minute drive away which is situated on the mountain

Great Family Escape

We stayed for a week in August with our two small children, and had a really excellent time. The apartment is small, but just right for a family of four, with a beautiful terrace for romantic dinners and amazing views of the surrounding area. The pool area is excellent, a short walk away, with a café/bar for coffee/lunch/drinks/etc... It is absolutely necessary to have a car to enjoy the beaches. The nearest is a rocky cove at the bottom of a long hill, about 5 minutes away, although not exactly kid-friendly. The best beaches we found were about a 10-15 drive away in Moraira. Julie was wonderful and attentive, both throughout the reservation process and during our stay. The apartment is spotless and fully-equipped. We highly recommend this apartment for family vacations, and no doubt it would also be a delightful romantic getaway for two.

PERFECTO

Pasamos una semana de vacaciones en este apartamento. Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños. En lo que a la ubicación se refiere, es imprescindible tener coche, ya que si deseas ir a la playa, es la única opción. El apartamento es pequeño pero perfecto para una pareja con niños. La terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares y es ideal para tomar algo al atardecer o cenar en tranquilidad. Dicho apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, limpiar, etc. El trato de Julie (propietaria) fue excelente. Sin duda, recomendable 100 %. El único handicap, es el tener que desplazarte a las playas, restaurantes, mercados, etc siempre en coche con el consiguiente inconveniente de buscar aparcamiento, etc.

Just excellent

We have spent an excellent week with our two teenage daughters in this nice apartment. The apartment is well equipped and offers very nice views from the spacious terrace. Several beautiful beaches can be found nearby as well as all the necessary shopping facilities and some good local restaurants. The two pools available in the residence are superb and very clean, and even in mid July not crowded at all.

Amaing Spanish getaway

I have stayed in this apartment a couple of times and found the booking system straight forward. The descriptive details of the apartment and surrounding areas are extremely accurate. The apartment is clean, spacious and immaculately maintained with breathtaking views from the balcony. During our stay we ventured to a number of the recommended places in the surrounding areas such as the caves and beach as well as neighbouring towns which was great for the children to explore. Near the apartment is an amazing pool area which includes a children’s area with plenty of room for sunbathing (sun beds provided) and adjacent bar. Benitachell is a fantastic place whether you looking for a relaxing or more adventurous holiday. I would particularly recommend this apartment and plan to return in the near future.
