We do not see that any concerns regarding sugar ants were reported during your stay. Had we been made aware, it would have been our pleasure to send someone out to treat the issue. With the amount of rain we've been experiencing, it can occasionally draw ants inside. We're also sorry that your wife was surprised by our technician's visit. A few days into your stay, you reported an issue with one of the exterior sprinklers, and we promptly dispatched our technician to address it. In looking at your folio, we would have definitely addressed the cleanliness issue should it have been reported, as we did the missing garage remote and pool water.
