An oceanfront family retreat where parents relax and kids fall in love with the beach.

The Breeze is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom oceanfront villa on Kiawah’s West Beach, perfect for families who want space, comfort, and effortless days by the ocean. Wake up to sweeping Atlantic views, enjoy morning coffee on the deck while the kids watch the waves, and spend your days just steps from the sand.

Inside, the villa feels more like a luxury home than a rental. The open living area is filled with natural light and coastal colors, creating an inviting place to gather after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances, marble counters, and everything needed for easy family meals.

Large windows frame the ocean from the living room and reading nook, while the spacious deck offers comfortable seating and panoramic views of the water.

The layout is ideal for families. The master suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a spa-style bathroom with rain shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own bathroom. Kids especially love the cozy loft filled with toys and games.

Fabulous stay. Had all the great touches, extremely well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms were super comfortable. The mater shower was a true love. The seating in various places throughout the house was so cozy. The view from the porch and the porch itself was perfect! Beach with long walks and relaxation, want to come back in the summer!

Everything was ready for our group when we arrived. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated, the linens very nice. Proximity to the beach fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. I would like to say that seeing black mold in the lving on the peak of the ceiling was disturbing. That is scary stuff. I spoke to the management team about it and they said that it's difficult for the owners to address the problem. I think it's imperative for the owners to adress this if they continue to rent out their home. the two of us that stayed in the room with twin beds noticed on day one a strong urine odor. We moved the area rug out of the room thinking it was the source, but the smell was still there for the ddays we stayed. The ice maker is not working properly. It would produce 1 or 2 trays per day, certainly not enough for grouips.

Jaw-Dropping Beautiful

This is our third year renting from KIG and our second time in the BREEZE. This time, we stayed over Christmas week. KIG is a the best rental company we have ever rented from- they are responsive to every need but more importantly, their properties are jaw-dropping beautiful. They're exquisitely decorated, wonderfully comfortable, everything you could need! If you rent in Kiawah - these are the folks you need to call and find a place with them. This condo is right on the ocean with a large deck and beautiful view. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and each room is its own oasis. There is plenty of room to spread out in the common areas of the condo. It is truly a magical place that we highly recommend.

Stunning, Gorgeous condo - magical location

Unbelievable rental experience - flawless process - beautiful, jaw-dropping condo - exquisitely decorated, wonderfully comfortable, everything we needed! If you rent in Kiawah - these are the folks you need to call and find a place with them. This condo is right on the ocean with a large deck and beautiful view - truly a magical place.

A large slice of paradise

From our first contact with Jeanette until we texted them upon our departure, our experience with The Sea Breeze was beyond our expectations. The location could not have been better--a short walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. The interior of the villa was something out of Southern Living--beautifully restful colors, unique furnishings and artwork, extremely comfortable sofas and chairs and an absolutely great dining table with perfect chairs. Cooking was a dream in the true chef's kitchen and sitting out on the deck overlooking beautiful landscaping out to the ocean view provided the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. The beds were luxurious and I could have stayed the entire time under the rain shower in the master bath. We were just a few minutes away from Freshfields and had dinner one night at Hege's located there. Delish! Would highly recommend this villa. Our seven long-time women friends had the best vacation ever!

Perfection!

What a condo! We have stayed in 5 star resorts that do not begin to compare. The unit is decorated like an upscale home...the furnishings are lush, the bedding exquisite, and the kitchen is better stocked than my own! And the view from the balcony...all I can say is wow! Every square foot of this unit is filled with thought and character. I would move in if I could:)!

Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Quick walk to the beach. Nicely, very nicely, decorated with great appliances. Layout of unit also very nice. Owners were organized and communication was easy; rented bikes, checked in early, gate passes which was all done efficiently via e-mail! Location of unit is only a quick drive to Freshfields shopping area. Highly recommend.

The Breeze at Kiawah

The Breeze at Kiawah is a wonderful property! The furnishings are top notch and the kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't want for anything! Everyone in our party commented on how comfortable their beds were. We would love to come back to Kiawah and rent the Breeze again!

Our family has vacationed on Kiawah Island for over 10 years and The Breeze has become our new favorite condo! It is beautiful and comfortable on many levels. From the well-appointed and well-stocked kitchen to plush, comfy beds, to a cozy reading nook, this is a lovely and family-friendly oceanfront condo. It will not disappoint!

A perfect end of summer getaway at The "Breeze"

Our villa, nicknamed the "Breeze" was beautifully decorated, perfectly maintained and filled with numerous, thoughtful comforts and conveniences. It was immaculately clean, the linens were soft, thick and new, as were the towels and everything was of the best quality. The pillow top mattresses were heavenly, as were the pillows and the furnishings were very comfortable and artfully arranged. In addition, there was laundry detergent, fresh coffee pods, a built in high end espresso machine in the kitchen, high quality soaps and shampoos in the showers, etc. the property managers did a fabulous job of taking care of all the little touches. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Paradise on Earth

From the moment we arrived, we knew that this was going to be a special place. The decor of this beautiful villa is perfect for the upscale island atmosphere of Kiawah. The home features every necessity and many of the amenities that one could ask for while away from home. I spent countless hours sitting on the deck just soaking in the breath taking view of the ocean while not once thinking about work. With the boardwalk only a short walk from the front door, it was a pleasure to walk to the beach whenever the family wanted to play or relax on this pristine beach. I can't say enough to describe the beauty of Kiawah or to express our gratitude to the owners for the lengths the went to to make us feel welcomed and comfortable while staying at this home away from home which they have prepared.

About Property Managers, Shawn and Jeanette Lawson (Kiawah Island Getaways):

Shawn's family discovered Kiawah in 1978 and returned year after year for two-week vacations. In 1985 we drove our VW Bug convertible to Kiawah and Shawn introduced me to Kiawah. I remember stepping over the dune boardwalk out in front of the Kiawah Island Inn and seeing Kiawah's wide, sandy beach for the first time - it was so brilliant it practically danced before my eyes. It was during this vacation that the two of us decided to set our sights on moving to this beautiful and fascinating place permanently.

In 1988 our dreams came true and our U-Haul rattled across the Kiawah Island bridge (at that time it was nothing more than a wood-planked bridge). For the next four years we rented a 1-bedroom villa, 4251 Mariner's Watch. Shawn was so thrilled to be living on the island that he applied for the personalized South Carolina license plate 'KIAWAH' (which we still have today).

In 1992, we built our first home on the island at 134 Conifer Lane. During construction, I gave birth to our first son Benjamin - he arrived 2 months early in an ambulance outside of the Kiawah Island Fire Station.

In 2001, we purchased our first villa, a 1-bedroom, beachside Seascape and Kiawah Island Getaways was born. Once we got our feet wet with the villa rental business, it was a like a fever for us. We both really enjoyed furnishing, decorating and maintaining the villas - not to mention the new found fun of meeting and talking to all sorts of people about Kiawah. Because we really enjoy what we do, other Kiawah property owners noticed and we started managing their properties as well.

Our whole family loves Kiawah and running Kiawah Island Getaways is a true family-run business. We personally prepare each villa prior to your arrival - because we want your stay to be perfect. We want you to fall in love with Kiawah too...and we know you will.
