We have a fully self contained one bedroom suite over the garage, boasting gorgeous city and mountain views. This space accommodates 2 people as there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The suite offers a full kitchen, spacious living room with full cable, Netflix and Prime as well, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath and shower, and air conditioning, as well as on site parking. Beautiful views to the Sooke hills, this suite sits up high and is full of light. Private, yet close to all amenities such as shopping, bus route, the Galloping Goose trail, and Elk and Beaver lakes. Great hiking spots within a 5 minute drive or relax on the private patio and enjoy the sunshine.

We have made regular visits to Victoria for the past 10 years, but this was our first visit to this VRBO location. It was perfect for our needs, and the suite had everything we could need for our stay (and was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming feel). The owners were beyond helpful, and we left with only good vibes about this vacation. Shops and bus stop a walk away.

Beautiful apartment very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby. There are some great hiking trails near the property all detailed in the information pack. Nancy and Gil made us feel very welcome we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience right from our contact with the hosts before our arrival to the point when we had to say goodbye!Check in was easy and Nancy and Gil were quick to respond to any questions we had.The unit was clean and bright, including everything we needed for our week stay. The location is perfect for travel to and from the airport and downtown Victoria. So close but provides a beautiful and quiet spot to unwind!Thanks for your hospitality. Lovely quiet suite

We really enjoyed staying here while exploring Victoria. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, all the amenities, beautiful garden and outdoor sitting area. Hosts were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in the city. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Great flat

The flat was perfect. Clean comfortable it was in a quiet neighborhood and a very short drive or uber to downtown. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Lovely, quiet location

The small area where the house is located is lovely, but the STUNNING yard belongs to these owners. The place is immaculate and gas everything short term renters could want. Owners are friendly and accommodating. The outdoor patio is relaxing, and the BBQ is a nice touch! All and all we'd give it 5 stars!! Cheers.

Wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located with a rapid access to most of what Victoria has to offer. Thé apartment is great, well equipped, cozy and super clean! Nancy is a great host and it is really easy to communicate with her. There is also a really nice patio reserved for guests. It is a perfect place and we wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend it!

Gorgeous, bright, outstanding value

Exceeded expectations - hosts Nancy and Gil were friendly and thoughtful, the property is comfortable, clean, and bright with stunning views, we had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the back patio and walks around nearby parks. The information booklet led us to some excellent dining and walks/hikes we didn’t know about during previous trips to Victoria. Would definitely stay here again and hoping to have an opportunity to soon!

We came to Vancouver Island for our anniversary and stayed in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a few minutes from the port.

The owners were very thoughtful and helpful. A very nice oasis where I could come back and relax. I would book this again! Just what I needed. I enjoyed the little seating area out back and the views.

A wonderful accommodation

The apartment was bright and clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location for our needs. The lovely outdoor patio was a bonus. The hosts, Nancy and Gil, were congenial and accessible. I would recommend highly and will come again.

Fabulous rental

We loved staying here! It was clean and cozy comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the tv but the owners went above and beyond to fix it. We’ve used VRBO in Europe Hawaii and Canada and this rental really stood out. The neighborhood was safe and very pretty. Definitely would stay again.

I have been a long time resident of Victoria, as I was born and raised here. I love this city and everything it has to offer. It's really enjoyable to be able to share with guests where the best places are to go, and what we enjoy about our city.

We built our house 20 years ago with the idea to have a fully self contained suite over the garage, that eventually our parents may live in. We made sure if was very private and sound proofed, so it makes for a nice getaway for someone who appreciates privacy and quiet. We have beautiful views of the Sooke hills and the most gorgeous sunsets at night.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our neighbourhood is very quiet, as there are only 3 other homes on our street, but we are still very close to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants and bus routes.
