It has nearly 1400 sq of newly renovated, clean, bright, and luxurious living. It is the perfect combination of sophistication, comfort and location while giving you the opportunity to take in some truly breath-taking views of perfect sunrises and sunsets. This property is perfect for you, whether your purpose for visiting Victoria is for either business or pleasure.

Guest Access
The suite is located on the second level with one flight of steps going down so you must be comfortable with stairs. There is a smart lock with keypad on the door for self access. Self-check is also available on request, if arriving late.

The Space
Come stay in our massive (1400 sq ft) guest suite located in a safe and quiet community in the Crystal View Area. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with one king and one queen bedroom sets. This space is perfect for couples, business associates or families with mature children who prefer clean and luxurious living. The suite includes: Stainless steel appliances, fast and convenient Wi-Fi, a 55-inch Samsung LED smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, comprehensive cable package with HBO and on demand features. The suite also includes: Brazilian hardwood floors, private balcony, heated bathroom tiles, comfortable new Serta mattresses, in suite laundry, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. It has all necessary equipment: micro-wave, iron, hairdryer, towels, toiletries and bedding. This suite has everything you need to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.

Guest Interactions
We like to meet and welcome our guests! We provide as much or as little interaction as requested by our guests. We hope you love our space as much as we do too!

House Rules
NO PARTIES, NO GATHERING, NO REUNIONS, NO PETS and NO SMOKING. No guests that are not listed on the agreement may occupy. Extra person fees will apply for all additional guests not included on the original agreement. If unauthorized guests found, extra person fees will be taken out off security deposit. One vehicle maximum. There is no daily housekeeping service. No loud noise after 10 pm (including television noise). My family lives directly above this suite and we love hosting great people that are clean, quiet and courteous. Please respect the neighborhood and our neighbors by not being loud or littering outside the home. We are friends with our neighbors and value our relationship with them. No unregistered guests allowed. Take shoes off inside, its just hygienic. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
