The Space:
Welcome to your cozy retreat!
This modern four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, each with access to an external deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the early sun. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a Smart TV and two single bunks.
The master bedroom includes a Smart TV and an ensuite. There is a second bathroom with both a shower and a relaxing bath, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Unwind in the inviting lounge, equipped with a Smart TV and a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the cooler months. The spacious dining area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a heat pump/air conditioning system, and an open-plan kitchen stocked with everything you’ll need for a seamless stay. The leaving area opens to an ample deck area, with a BBQ that you are welcome to use, but please kindly note that it is offered 'as is' as it is not part of our cleaner's schedule.
For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer located in the garage and fully gated backyard with a trampoline to let the little ones run around.
The Neighborhood
The property is situated in a recently developed area, surrounded by family homes in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Conveniently, the house is just a short drive from Countdown supermarket and a variety of cafes and restaurants. It’s also in close proximity to the new family entertainment center, Dropzone, which offers bowling, mini golf, trampolines, and VR games. For dining options, popular eateries such as Lacus Café and Mavericks Bar are just minutes away.
You’ll also find yourself only a quick drive from the beautiful beaches at Wharewaka and Two Mile Bay. For outdoor enthusiasts, many family-friendly bike trails are winding through native plantings within the subdivision. Additionally, a shared path leads to an underpass just up the street, providing safe and easy access to the lakefront in just minutes.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.
Please note that hens or stag dos are not permitted; if we identify that a booking is for this purpose, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately with no refund issued.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.
Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.
Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
