Not as expected
Property management asks you to call when you arrive. I had preemptively called and spoke with Property manager on site before hand to let him know when we would be there and called when we arrived. No answer. Called multiple times without any answer, sent a text, nothing. There we stood in the lobby with all of our things in the waiting in this one person, the only one evidently, that could check us in. He finally called about 15 minutes later and says he is finishing checking units and would be down in about 10 minutes!! By now there are several people standing and waiting. He finally showed up and from that point forward, it was a matter of minutes to get our key cards. Also, no one was around to help unpack the car, no service at all, they just watch you do it. Our room was lacking coffee, coffee filters, adequate wash cloths (we were given 2), there were 3 TVs and 2 remotes. You are asked to use the one for both tvs which are in separate rooms. The dryer was packed full or sheets and towels that house keeping didn’t bother removing, shower curtain had mold on it and it was clear that if the unit was cleaned it wasn’t done thoroughly as we saw plenty of dust, dirt and food. On the plus side, the location of the building was perfect for us as it was in the center of things. The nearby construction didn’t bother us as we didn’t hear any of that while in our unit. Parking is pretty much valet only as it’s hard to find a spot with street parking. Valet service was excellent.
