This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with six king beds, two daybeds, and twin bunk beds. The main level features an open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with two bedrooms. The upper level includes four additional bedrooms, a second living area, and a second kitchen, offering added space and convenience for larger groups.

Take in panoramic views from the Crow’s Nest, where you can see both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Relax on the spacious covered deck on the main level, soak up the sun on the upper-level deck, or marvel at the scenery from the observation deck. The outdoor kitchen, complete with hot water and a gas grill, is sheltered by a glass wall for year-round enjoyment. Both kitchens feature Keurig coffee makers for your convenience.

This home comes equipped with incredible amenities, including shuffleboard, a ping pong table, a paddleboard, a kayak, four adult bicycles, two children’s bicycles, Corn Hole boards, horseshoes, children’s toys, floats, and beach chairs and tents.

What would make the house better is if it had a wood or matt access to the beach like the other homes in the neighborhood. Other than that the house is awesome.

The team is very responsive, helpful and kind. It was an enjoyable walk to anything we wanted to do - the pier, restaurants/bars, church, shops, etc. The house was well stocked with games, beach toys and chairs, and the beds were amazing. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation then this place is for you!

Second Time to Stay

I do wish they would build a walkway to the beach as people in our group are in 70's and not sure they can do it next year. They provide everything you can think of.

June 2023 Stay

The one thing we mention every year is it would be so nice to have a woodend walkway from the bottom patio to the beach access like they have at the house next door. Other than that we enjoy every aspect of the house. Thank you for keeping it in tip-top condition.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our "Girls Beach Trip" in this home! Beds so comfortable, very clean, multiple decks offered shade and sun with wonderful deck furniture. We used the paddle boards too. Pool was cold but by the end of the week it warmed up and I am sure it was due to being late April. So close to restaurants but far enough away from crowds. Definitely recommend!
