Welcome to 308 Ariola Drive, a stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath luxury Gulf-front home on Pensacola Beach. Offering a private pool, elegant design, and spectacular Gulf views, this home is the ultimate retreat for your next vacation. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with six king beds, two daybeds, and twin bunk beds. The main level features an open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with two bedrooms. The upper level includes four additional bedrooms, a second living area, and a second kitchen, offering added space and convenience for larger groups.

Take in panoramic views from the Crow’s Nest, where you can see both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Relax on the spacious covered deck on the main level, soak up the sun on the upper-level deck, or marvel at the scenery from the observation deck. The outdoor kitchen, complete with hot water and a gas grill, is sheltered by a glass wall for year-round enjoyment. Both kitchens feature Keurig coffee makers for your convenience.

This home comes equipped with incredible amenities, including shuffleboard, a ping pong table, a paddleboard, a kayak, four adult bicycles, two children’s bicycles, Corn Hole boards, horseshoes, children’s toys, floats, and beach chairs and tents.

For added ease, the property includes two laundry rooms, covered parking for multiple vehicles, and an elevator available for medical use. Located just a few blocks from shopping, dining, and Pensacola Beach nightlife, this home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

The home is well laid out for family/friends with a master and second bedroom on the main floor and four bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - with a kitchen, laundry room and living area - almost a house within a house. Everyone has their own space. The amenities and activities give you many options. Obviously, the beach is the main attraction. The house has beach toys for everyone. Bikes were also popular. Shuffleboard and the balconies and the crows nest were great for outdoor activities away from the beach. Kitchen and living space was great for gathering. The only minor suggestions: couldn’t find a large pot for a shrimp boil (may have been there somewhere); the knives that were there were scattered and missing a few (a knife set in a block would help) and the grill tools were lacking. These were minor annoyances; otherwise, the kitchen and grill were fantastic. The home was outstanding with the best layout, location and amenities we’ve experienced The family had a great experience and would consider a return visit. Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At one time we debated buying a place around Pensacola Beach; but were concerned about storms/Gulf damage. If I ever won the lottery and had no such concerns; this would be the place I would build for family and friends. Multiple rooms with their own bathrooms; two living rooms. Multiple "get together: areas; both inside and outside. While this was certainly the most expensive rental we have ever done. Spending time with the Great Grandmas and the latest addition to the family in this resort will be memories we treasure for all time.

Wonderful vacation !!

There were 11 of us and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room as well as the location being close to the ocean. Already planning another trip next year to stay again.

Loved the most the stocked downstairs beach stuff and shuffle board! The pool was super relaxing. Only didn't love that you had to go through house to access it and couldn't go from bottom floor to it. No biggie but just want others to know. Love the ice maker! That is a game changer! My only suggestion is to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sure missed that! But seriously no complaints!

Beds so comfortable, very clean, multiple decks offered shade and sun with wonderful deck furniture. We used the paddle boards too. Pool was cold but by the end of the week it warmed up and I am sure it was due to being late April. So close to restaurants but far enough away from crowds. Definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and the view was incredible. We greatly enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 12. The rental company went above and beyond to assist us with particular needs for a wheelchair-bound guest which we so appreciated. However, we were disappointed in some of the upkeep: the beach umbrellas were all broken; many of the bikes weren't operational (and the air compressor to put air in the tires was broken); the fishing rods were unusable; the ping pong paddles were falling apart; the outdoor grill was broken We chose this house in part for these "extras" and expected everything to be in good working order. With all of this, it shouldn't be that hard to keep an eye on the condition of things between rentals.Again, the house was generally amazing. Suggestions: provide beach towels (there were none) and get some Corelle or Melamine dishes for children to use.

The kids and grandkids stayed on the third floor (2 families) and grandparents on the second floor. We used the second floor as the common area for meals and family time. The pool, porches, view and very short walk to the beach couldn’t have been better

Hard to keep the floors clean.Lot of sand in the house upon arrival.Loved the elevator, the 2 kitchens, large balconies, wonderful deck furniture.Having 2 garages is great for storage and parking.Loved having 2 laundries!Sliding glass doors worked better then any beachfront house I’ve ever visited.Can’t wait to return.
