The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds - perfect for kids! The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway which has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Guests that choose 2301 as their home away from home enjoy multiple living areas for relaxation and comfort. The great room is spacious and provides the perfect setting for gathering to share stories among family and friends. When it's time to unwind in a more intimate setting, guests may unwind in either the sun-filled sitting room with a television and access to the expansive patio, or in the media room to catch a sports game or curl up to watch a movie. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large picture window, and a sliding door to the patio overlooking the Yampa Valley. The third bedroom has two twin size beds that are perfect for singles or kids. The second bathroom is shared between the queen and twin bedrooms and has a fully upgraded tile shower with built-in bench and an single vanity.
