This chic, newly redecorated, upscale retreat features new designer lighting & furniture, original art, fresh paint, new carpet, and smart TVs. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views, two fireplaces, and a private balcony with a propane grill—perfect for après-ski evenings or summer cookouts.

The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, a wine fridge, and all essentials for cooking. The spacious living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, built-in fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows, accommodating up to six guests.

Great stay. Highly recommend this unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Living area is larger in person than in the photos. The elevation shuttle app was easy to use and an amazing amenity, we used it multiple times every day. The ski-in ski-out access is hard to beat.

Exceptional Mountainside Retreat

The perfect condo for our small family’s visit to steamboat. The unit was exactly as described and exceeded our family’s expectations. Located next to the Steamboat Gondola, with easy ski in / out access off Stampede (green run), the location was perfect. Complimentary shuttle service provided by the property management company made trips to the ski village or downtown very easy. We drove up in our family vehicle and the heated parking garage was fantastic, especially for loading / unloading our belongings. The unit itself was a great size and the layout was very functional for our family’s needs. Everything we needed was included or provided. Did not have to purchase any cooking utinsils, pots / pans, or cleaning supplies. I never had a need to reach out to the host, but communication was prompt and on time with all check in procedures, property information, and helpful tips. Facilities were great including the heated pool and hot tub, and the ski storage area and lockers which include boot warmers. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Steamboat. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo on the mountain

We’ve been coming to Steamboat for over 15 years. First time staying at Edgemont. Condo is beautiful, very nicely appointed, comfy beds and stocked nicely (paper, cleaning, cooking equipment, appliances etc). We had beautiful views of the valley or up the gondola from the balcony. Nice garage parking but could see where it would be tight if full for larger vehicles. Elevated Properties handled on site check in and minor issue with AC. Toby was a great communicator and ensured we were pleased. Amenities were nice even though we didn’t use this visit. Walking distance to base mountain and easy drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate condo walkable to Ski Resort

What a fantastic property. It was clean, well furnished and so convenient to the ski resort and downtown Steamboat. I highly recommend for summer or winter adventures. The communication from the host was fantastic as well. Great experience and we'll be back.

Perfect Place to Stay!

The Edgemont 2506 was absolutely perfect! It is a true Ski in/Ski out property. It was so convenient to ski right up to the property. Having our own personal ski locker was nice to be able to store our ski gear each night. The condo itself was beautifully decorated. It was very modern and up to date on all the latest appliances and amenities. The kitchen was also very well stocked. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, and each bedroom had very spacious bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the condo’s hot tubs, pool, specialty coffee maker, and supplies to make S’mores on the outdoor fire pit. Having our own bus shuttle was a big plus too. It was able to take us wherever we needed to go in Steamboat. Overall, the condo was a perfect choice for our Steamboat ski trip. I would highly recommend staying here for the convenience and luxury amenities that are provided. You wont be disappointed! Toby is a great host to work with and will make sure you are taken care of during your trip.

You get what you pay for!!!!

Wow what a week! Not only did we get powder every day we had the best time relaxing in this gorgeous ski in ski out. Right off the Christie's main lift, and across from the terrain park!!, my son had a ball shredding all day. We then all enjoyed the many hot tubs this luxury property had to offer. Toby is a delight and hooks you up with all the info you ned for a great stay! We'll be back for sure. Happy Skiing <3

Great Stay at Steamboat!

Our stay at this condo was amazing!!! The condo was beautiful and everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and felt fresh. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly what we needed. It was so quiet in the building. The underground parking was so convenient. The ski-in/ski-out feature was wonderful (including the in-building ski lockers) and made skiing every day a dream. We utilized the Elevation shuttle to get to Steamboat Springs dining options each night. We would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

5 star stay, skiing-in and out was a dream

Our stay at Toby's Edgemont condo was truly excellent. The condo was extremely well-appointed and stylish. It showed pride of ownership and attention to detail. Best Ski-in and ski-out access on the mountain. Dedicated ski locker, 2 hot tubs, and a heated pool for Apre Ski. Many excellent restaurants nearby and Toby helped us get the condo provisioned by Fridge Fillers. It was great to arrive with everything we needed for breakfast and dinner already in the kitchen. Toby is a super responsive and communicative host. We will definitely stay at Toby's condo again!

Spectacular Ski in/out condo

We loved this beautiful condo. The interiors were lovely and the location was perfection. A true ski in/out slopeside location which is such a luxury. The views from the giant picture windows were gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot tubs after our days on the slopes. The free shuttle service was amazing! We utilized it to go grocery shopping and for restaurant excursions in town and the shuttles always showed up within two minutes. Toby the host provided excellent communication. This was our first trip to Steamboat and this property ensured that it won’t be the last - we will be repeat guests for sure!

Holiday Family Trip

One of the best experiences we have had on VRBO. Toby was extremely helpful with tons of information before and during our trip. Incredible Summer Getaway

This condo was fantastic! Amazing views, comfortable beds, spacious living area, luxurious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen made for a great week in Steamboat. Toby was a step ahead with all communication before, during and after our stay and check in/check out was a breeze. Exceptional Condo in Perfect Location

My husband and I travel a lot and this Edgemont condo was by far the best vacation rental we’ve ever booked. If you are a little on the fence about it, don’t be! We were nervous at first because there were no reviews for the property when we booked. Plus we had never been to Steamboat Springs so we were unfamiliar with the area. The owner Toby was so responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. Once we arrived (after driving through a blizzard for 7 hours from Denver), we felt so relieved and excited to find such nice accommodations for us and our friends. The entire place truly exceeded our expectations. Toby literally thought of everything and I mean everything. From the plush Terri cloth robes for all four of us and the nice bath towels and washcloths in the bathrooms to the kitchen that was so well stocked with tons of spices, oils and vinegars, coffee and teas/honey, tons of pots and pans, and many useful appliances like a blender and coffee maker. There was even a humidifier in our room, perfect for us Floridians who were struggling in the dry air. If the living accommodations weren’t enough, all of the perks that come with staying in the property topped it all off. The condo is in an amazing location and close to all shops and restaurants and the ski village. The shuttle service made getting around so easy too, you just download the app and whenever you need a ride they were there! There is also a garage space that we used for our friends’ truck which was so convenient. The hot tub and fire pit were great as well and the views from both were stunning. The ski locker was another nice perk. We would finish up from a day of skiing and leave all of our equipment in the locker, safely stored and ready for the next morning. Being at a ski in ski out condo also made for such ease of access, we were down to the base in just a few minutes. The other couple we were there with kept remarking about how great of a place it was too! We all kept saying how we can’t wait to come back and stay here again. 10 out of 10 all around. Thank you for an incredible stay!
