Thank you for sharing your review three months after your stay. I am glad I was able to accommodate your last-minute request to extend your stay. I would like to clarify the situation regarding the TV. Detailed, step-by-step instructions for our simple smart TV remote were provided multiple times. When you mentioned still having difficulty, I immediately offered to come over in person at 12:00 PM (noon) that same day to assist, which was declined. I then offered to come later that evening, which was also declined. We always strive to ensure our guests feel well-supported and flexible to their needs, and I actively provided both prompt communication and multiple offers of in-person help. I understand your review may be retailiative for a number of reasons starting with requesting additional discounts on different rental platforms of an already discounted low season rate of 100 per night which was denied. You then requested your stay through the existing platform. Then requesting to remove the pet fee which was also denied (with good cause due to the mess left behind). The damage you caused to the property during your stay and the mess that was left behind was not even charged back to which caused an additional 8 hours of cleaning over and beyond cleaning fee. You also didn’t follow house rules by smoking which was not allowed on the property. There was never mention of noise during your stay. There are 2 walking trails lakeside and trees withing 50 meters of the property. If you prefer a city walk you were 5 minutes from the bridge downtown or 7 mins from the multiple surrounding beaches.
