Beautiful 3 Bedroom AC Beach Home, Close to the Best Snorkeling Beaches in Hilo

Our islands have been experiencing the warmest and most humid weather we have had in years and while some guests prefer the tropical breezes by keeping windows and doors open with ceiling fans going, we realize some guests prefer and need the comfort of AC. In trying to make every guests stay the best, we have installed a new split AC system in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas and all bedrooms throughout the beach house.

Although our beach home is located a few minutes from downtown Hilo it is nestled away from traffic close to a quiet and secluded ocean cove. It provides an ideal location for visitors looking to visit all the sites on the east side of the island. The home is 5-8 minutes from the airport, shopping, restaurants, and Hilo’s popular Downtown Farmer's Market. The Hawaii Volcano National Park and waterfalls along the Hamakua coast are a 30 to 40 minute drive away. The world famous Arnotts’ Tours to the Volcano, Mauna Kea, and other famous vacation sites are less than a five minute walk from the home.

Our beach home is also a few steps away from the ocean and beach where guests can enjoy just lounging in the sun or swimming. Many of our guests enjoy exploring the ocean where they see turtles feeding along the cliffs and dolphins playing further out in the open ocean. A few minutes driving down the road there is a popular beach park Richardson's where guests also enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding, and swimming.

Our three bedroom three bath home is ideal for multiple couples or families with older children and grandparents traveling together.. It is a few steps from an ocean cove where you can explore tide pools, see turtles, dolphins, and whales or enjoy a morning or evening swim or stroll.
Families enjoy having morning and early evening meals on the upstairs large balcony overlooking the garden. There is also another large outdoor patio for dining, grilling, or just relaxing while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

The upstairs one bedroom unit provides a queen bed and a queen futon sofa sleeper, full bath, full kitchen, two living areas, wifi, open balcony, newly installed bedroom and living area AC's, and private parking. There is also a smaller lanai that can be exited from the bedroom.
The two bedroom one bath downstairs unit has a full shower bath, kitchen, dining and living area, and newly installed bedroom and living room AC. This is ideal for families with older kids, multiple couples, or grandparents who need extra sleeping, dining, bathroom, and relaxing accommodations.

Our beach home consists of two separate units. There is no indoor stair access between the upstairs and downstairs units. Each unit has separate entrances, kitchens, living/dining areas, and patios. For families with younger children that need nightly supervision the separate downstairs unit would not be appropriate and adult supervision at night would be needed.
