The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to be able to go for walks in the park, and walk to restaurants. Easy, free parking made getting around by car very convenient also. If I come back to Nashville, I would stay here again.

Pontos negativos: Check-in
Bare minimum of everything, such as towels, no sugar for coffee. Furniture is not comfortable. The king bed is comfortable, but the frame is oversized and we both kept bumping into the frame-painful. Impossible to close the blinds enough to provide privacy in the living room or second bedroom. Great location, but we wished we had stayed at a nicer apartment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the apartment fell short of expectations. We apologize for the limited supplies, uncomfortable furniture and bed frame, and blinds that didn’t provide adequate privacy. We’ll review these concerns with our team. We appreciate you noting the location and will use your feedback to improve future stays.

Broken shades and shades don't block out light. Broken garbage can, stains on stools and dirty sock left by past guest from who knows when. Assigned parking space not given. Twin beds missing board under mattress so you had to sleep with your head at the foot of the bed, plus bed squeaked with every movement. No dishwasher detergent, hand soap or dish soap. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. Lack of toilet paper.

Parking was a bit difficult to locate at first. Blinds were not fitted to close all the way down which prevented privacy and allowed light pollution at night, from the parking lot, to stream into every room.

Thank you for staying with GoodNight Stay and for the helpful feedback. I’m sorry parking was difficult to locate — we’ll update the arrival instructions and add clearer signage so future guests can find parking easily. I also apologize the blinds didn’t close properly and allowed light into the rooms. That’s not acceptable; maintenance will inspect and repair or replace the shades to ensure privacy and better light blocking. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again. Wonderful clean and bright unit in Nashville!

I stayed for the first time with GNS in Nashville, and we had a great experience. Everything was spotless and comfortable for my family. Parking was easy, and there was also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Customer service was a phone call or text away and the team made sure we had everything we needed! We can't wait to stay with GNS again in the future!
