Welcome to our charming, vintage garage apartment situated in one of Orlando’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the Mills 50 district, just minutes from downtown. This cozy upstairs space sits within the trees, creating an airy vibe that's surprisingly spacious. Our home features mid-century furnishings, a retro kitchen and bath, and luxurious bedding and towels. Close to everything, yet private—stay in and enjoy our thoughtful touches, or explore Orlando with the help of our curated city guide.

Our one bedroom, one bath home features a kitchen fully stocked with eclectic dinnerware, key appliances, and a wide range of accessories. We’re proud to provide local coffee and bottled waters to jump start your visit.

We have high-speed wifi and modern smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, which have many of the popular streaming platforms available for your use. Throughout the home, you'll find charging accessories.

The bedroom has a luggage rack, drawers for clothes, a closet with hangers for shirts and dresses, a voice-enabled alarm clock, and a sound machine. The bathroom has luxury towels, hand soap, shower essentials, and appliances (e.g., hair dryer).

An office space provides the perfect nook for writing or Zooming, and the futon doubles as an extra bed.

Outside, you’ll find a small outdoor patio with a lamp that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker.

The entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! Note that you may have a neighboring guest in the adjacent home (with whom you may also be sharing a parking space in the two-car driveway), but both spaces are entirely private and self-contained.

We give our guests all the space they desire in their home-away-from-home, but are close by and just a message away. Please don't hesitate to let us know if anything is needed during your stay. If there's any issue, we wanna know so we can address it promptly!

When staying in our home, you’re at the center of one of the most vibrant parts of town–a town that’s often overshadowed by the theme parks, and underrated in its food, culture, and activities. Our neighborhood and surrounding are teeming with amazing things to explore, seemingly tucked around every corner, and constantly changing.

Nestled just north of downtown Orlando, the Mills 50 neighborhood is known for its music, arts, and culture, some of the city's best restaurants and bars (many a short walk away), tree-lined streets, historic bungalows, and beautiful lakes. It's a neighborhood where you can experience the best of both worlds: a hip, lively urban vibe and a quiet, close-knit community feel.

Upon booking, we'll share our best kept secret–our "locals" guide to experiencing everything the neighborhood (and Central Florida) have to offer.

Roughly 25 minutes from MCO, guests will have a dedicated parking space, as well as ample street parking surrounding the home. We’re conveniently located in the heart of Orlando, just minutes to downtown, a short drive to Winter Park and surrounding neighborhoods, roughly ten miles to Universal Studios, fifteen miles to UCF, and twenty miles to Disney. Our neighborhood guide is rich with recommendations of fantastic areas to explore. No car? No problem. Our neighborhood is among the most walkable in all of Orlando (it's our favorite way to get around). And in addition to easy access to Uber and Lyft, bike and scooter shares are always easy to find around the neighborhood, the LYMMO bus provides free rides around town, SunRail delivers you to points around Central Florida, and the new Brightline train is now running up and down the east coast to Miami.

No detail has been overlooked in making sure your stay feels like home; we ask only that you treat it in kind. This space best fits low-key, respectful travelers.

• No smoking inside the house - $250 fine if detected

• All guests are required to be listed on the reservation, and no more than the number of guests booked are allowed on premise at any time - $200 fine per person detected

• Parties, gatherings, and get-togethers will not be permitted. Failure to list all guests prior to arrival may result in the early cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your payment

• While we love our pets, we do not allow them in the rental

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time; we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Please remove shoes inside the home

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels)

• Primary renter must have valid gov't ID, phone number, and address on file

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25 years old or older

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay, or for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for five days, after which time they will be donated at management discretion

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout out of respect to our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay
