Located just 1200 feet from Pleasant Road Beach. Tactfully and simply decorated to make it feel like your home away from home. One level house with 4-season sun room with cable HDTV, additional cable HDTV/DVD player in living room and wireless internet. All new windows in 2018. Window air conditioning units in the bedrooms and portable air conditioner in the living area. Driveway, one car garage and great yard with outdoor patio furniture, grill and hammock. Enclosed outdoor shower. Washer and dryer in the basement. Beach chairs and beach wagon provided. No pets, no smoking please.

Pleasant Road Beach is a clean, family-friendly beach with lifeguards during prime season, bathrooms, and frequent visits from the ice cream man. Just a short walk back to the house for lunch or a child's naptime. No need to worry about beach parking stickers. Quiet, safe neighborhood - great for walks. Just one mile from tons of family fun - trampolines, bumper boats, batting cages, go-karts, playground and ice cream shops. Easy drive to National Seashore beaches and the beautiful towns of Chatham and Hyannis.

Wonderful home for a family vacation

I enjoyed my interactions with the property owner. Everything was easy renting and staying over the long Memorial day weekend. We enjoyed the location, the home, and closeness to a very nice beach a .1 mile walk away. I have nothing to complain about and would stay here again.

Amazing rental

Everything was as promised, clean and spacious house. Location was perfect, short walk to beach and short drive to many restaurants and shops.

Great Location

The house is a short walk/drive to the beach which helped bringing all the beach stuff for the kids. We were surprised at how clean the place was.

It was a wonderful house in Cape Cod with a few minute walk to the beach! Lots of room for our family of 5.

Lovely Cape House

Wedding weekend

This is a great house! Very clean and comfortable. We were attending a wedding at the Chathams Bar Inn and this house was a great alternative to a hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

Father / Son golf trip to the Cape

Great property in a great location. 4 minute walk to beautiful Pleasant St. beach. Very close to downtown Harwichport restaurants and shops. Numerous nearby golf courses. Kristi was a great host who communicated well for an easy renting experience.

Relaxing Oasis

We had a wonderful time at this ample sized house. It's walking distance to the beach and close to town. The yard is very well kept with an inviting hammock and a cozy table for coffee/breakfast. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. We look forward to spending more time at this house again in the very near future.

Excellent Trip on the Cape

Kristi was fantastic in every phase of our trip and our stay was a great one. Location is excellent - short drives to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, towns, etc and is also a short walk to the beach. Our little one loved the wagon rides to, from, and along the beach, and all of the other available toys and equipment for days at the beach were very appreciated. It was a great trip and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Kristi!

So relaxing

I had such a positive experience with this Cape Cod rental property. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean! Check in/out was simple. Kristi was very easy to communicate with and even provided excellent recommendations! Have to say the outside shower was the best! My family loved this location, just perfect. Hoping to return again!

Fabulous weekend getaway in May

We had the perfect stay at Kristi’s home with our two toddlers and group of friends (two couples)! Kristi shared all the details with us ahead of time and was available to communicate if we had questions. The space was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill with! We loved how easy and quick is was to walk to the beach and appreciated the wagon, beach toys and chairs! We also spent a lot of time hanging out in the sunroom, so relaxing! Finally, I can’t leave a review without mentioning that the outdoor shower was awesome and my husband now wants one for our home! Thanks for everything, Kristi! We plan to be back!

Girls getaway

My sister, our best childhood friend and I stayed at this property for a week in September. There were 3 bedrooms and 1 bath which worked out perfect for us. The house had a closed in breezeway with comfortable chairs couch and TV, really bright and cheerful. We hung out in this room any time we were at "home". Walking distance to a beautiful little beach, but we drove because we had coolers, umbrella, chairs etc and one person was having joint problems. (We're in our 60s) Communication with owner was excellent, everything went smoothly, well supplied with everything we needed. Very pretty quiet residential neighborhood. Harwich was a perfect location centrally located between areas we wanted to visit. We would rent this property again for sure.

Location, location, location -- this is the best!

The Boyer Beach house was a heavenly retreat in beautiful Cape Cod. Sometimes a rental claims to be within walking distance to the beach, but you find it is much further. This house was perfect walking distance in just one scenic block away to a great beach which had bathrooms...a big plus. The home is really lovely, and tastefully decorated. There are two large common rooms, the inside living room as well as a bright sunroom so there is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with quality pots and pans and everything you needed, and interestingly, their water from the faucet was clean and crisp and drinkable (sometimes beach houses have water that has a funky taste and egg smell, but this home did not). It was very clean and inviting. Having beach chairs and an umbrella for use was another big plus. We were extremely happy with this rental. Owners Kristi and Jay were really great and we look forward to coming again. LOVED this place!

Awesome Trip to the Cape

Our stay at Jay & Kristi's home in West Harwich was amazing! I can't tell you how cute and clean this perfect sized home is! There is plenty of space to spread out and it felt like a literal home away from home. There is only one bathroom, which for a group of 5 girls actually wasn't too bad:) The hot water did run out eventually but that just gave us an excuse to stay up later:) We did make good use of the outdoor shower, and as one of the girls said on our last day, "If you haven't used the outdoor shower yet, You need to experience it!" The kitchen had everything you could need to make all your meals. We ate in all but one night, and it was awesome. One fond memory of the kitchen was our last night we combined lots of our leftover food into a surprise pizza, which turned out really good! Some of the ingredients included pancake mix, milk, syrup, mayo, ranch, pepperoni, salsa, sour cream, little smokies, cheese dip, shredded cheese... and the list goes on! One of my favorite activities we experienced was a whale watch with Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises! We saw lots of dolphins, which supposedly they only see on 20% of their trips. We also saw 3-4 whales! One or two gave us spectacular views when lunging out of the water to feed. Another fun memory was renting a Supsquatch from Adventure Chatham, so many fun memories from the Cape! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Wedding weekend

48 Pleasant Road is a great place to stay and is in a great neighborhood close to everything. The house has everything you need and more. The owners are readily available and super pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again should we find ourselves at the cape.

Exceeding Expectations on Pleasant Road

We had a terrific stay at 48 Pleasant Road. Location, location! The property is an easy walk to the beach, and to town. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked . The a/c’s helped on humid nights. The screened in porch was a real hit! Property owner, Kristi, could not have been nicer, and communicated with details to ensure we had a wonderful stay. And we did! We look forward to vacationing again at this wonderful home.

Wonderful family get-away!

This was our first VRBO adventure as a family and first get-away during the pandemic. We couldn’t have been happier! Kristi was so responsive from the beginning of my search onward and checked in appropriately during our stay. The house was immaculate and perfect for our family with two young kids. We so appreciated the extra kids’ accessories (wagon, beach toys) and loved the outdoor shower. Close proximity to so many family oriented places on the Cape. We will be back!

Perfect experience

This house was amazing and just what we needed during our mini vacation. The house was exactly what was pictured. The view of wildlife in the back yard was awesome, and a very short walk to the beach. Everything we could of asked for!!

Long weekend was perfect!

Renting from the Boyer’s was so easy, and the communication was great! I couldn’t believe how clean the house was! We have rented 10 or so houses over the years, and none have compared to how clean and neat this house was! The location was perfect- in the “middle” of the Cape. A short walk to the beach, very convenient.

Wonderful Cape Escape

Kristi's cape house is wonderful for a weekend getaway! Walking distance to Pleasant Beach with comfortable beds and plenty of space. Very clean and easy check-in/check-out with great host communication. Would stay there again!
