Enjoy our newly renovated Cape house with your family and friends in the heart of Cape Cod.

This perfect “home-base” location is great for the exploring types, it sleeps up to 8 and is less than 5 minutes to the Freedom Ferry to Nantucket, Rail Trail for biking and walking, local winery, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, or a 2 mins walk to Joseph Pond where you can find our kayaks to enjoy anytime for kayaking and fresh clean air. Relax on our private association beach for the day or venture over to Bucks Pond (connected to Joseph pond) and enjoy another beach.

A highlight of our home is the large outdoor space where you can enjoy family BBQs and refreshments by the fire pit, or enjoy a nap in the hammock!

Our Location is in close proximity to the following places:

Freedom Ferry to Nantucket - 4.2 miles

Great stay in Harwich

This property is centrally located near Harwich, Harwich Port, and Chatham. The house was clean, and the downstairs playroom for children is nice if you are traveling with kids. Robyn, the host, was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a great stay!

Great location

This is our family's 5 time in Cape Cod. Home is in a wonderful location and access to the lake is a bonus. Robin was wonderful to deal with - very accessible and quick to respond to issues. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! Robyn was very helpful and the house was well kept! The game room downstairs was a great addition! The kids enjoyed themselves! The house was in a great location! Would definitely recommend the house!

Delighted and wishing we could go back!

The property was perfect for our stay! It provided my wife a place to work remotely during the day and was the perfect home base for our many ventures to Harwich and surrounding Cape towns. There were several thoughtful touches and a well equipped kitchen that made cooking in some nights a breeze. The back yard/patio is so peaceful for a lunchtime break!

We had a great stay at the Summer home in Harwich. The location was in a very nice area of pretty Cape Cod style homes. The home was spacious with nice size bedrooms, newer mattresses that were very comfortable, a master bath shower with really good water pressure, and a play area in finished part of basement great for kids or those needing a 2nd TV watching area. The host was very responsive and most important to me, the entry system worked with no problem. We had a short stay, so didn't make it to the water area with the kayak. We would stay again as it worked out perfectly for my family.

A nice, clean beach house an 8-minute drive to Nantucket Sound beaches in Chatham/Harwich or a 3-minute walk from a beautiful pond. The house is great, with a large patio for grilling or hanging out after a day at the beach, and a basement playroom with a basketball shooter game. The host was very responsive and accommodating; we really had a great experience all around!

Fantastic Cape Cod beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and updated Cape Cod beach house. The location is fantastic. While we didn’t use the beach access, other family members we were vacationing with stayed at a nearby spot just down the road and we could see that the pond was a nice benefit- quiet and tranquil. We really enjoyed the updates like the whole house air conditioning, bonus playroom/ family room/ extra sleeping area in the basement, the basketball game for the kids, a really neat toaster that got lots of attention (oohs and aahs), and the fantastic backyard patio / deck area. Gorgeous. Definitely would highly recommend to others. A very comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable location. Owner was very responsive to questions/inquiries.

The Perfect Family Vacation

We had the best week staying at this property! The home is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a relaxing oasis where we could enjoy a cup of coffee each morning, a nice evening glass of wine, a fun cookout dinner, and a nightly bonfire! The location is ideal for accessing Harwich Port, Chatham, Dennis, and beyond. We're normally "ocean" goers, but Bucks Pond was SO peaceful and beautiful that we ended up there everyday. Not too bad to walk, but also very easy to drive and park. We never had an issue parking. The Pop-O-Shot game in the lower level was an added bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for any meal prep. Robyn, the host was wonderful with communication! We had the best time and can't wait to return! Thank you!

Cozy home with pond view!

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend get away. We enjoyed the view of the pond and the location was convenient to get to Chatham Light and Nauset for the sunrises and Bank Street Beach for sunset. The house had every thing we needed and was spacious. We were only three adults but the house would suit a larger family with an excellent play room in the basement. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely house and host - Happy guests!

The property owner was incredibly responsive before we even booked. Answered all our questions very promptly. The house was wonderful, slept all 8 of us with plenty of room. Good location on the Cape and the backyard was so spacious- perfect for meals on the porch, happy hours, and lawn games!!!

Perfect Cape Escape

Robyn was a dream to deal with, very communicative! The house it self was perfect for my husband, our18 yr old daughter and her boyfriend and I. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, reading in the hammock, and especially visiting the local association beaches where we could swim and kayak. The location was a great home base to take day excursions to other parts of the cape. A small issue with the dryer not working was quickly delt with by Robyn. She made sure it would not interfere with our time. Overall we would consider returning and would definitely recommend to others!

Great stay!

Robyn was very informative and accommodating. The house is located right in front of John Joseph pond and has a lot to offer such as a hammock, fire pit and a basketball game in the play-room. I have 4 boys and they had a great time! I highly recommend this property to other families!

Perfect vacation home to enjoy Cope Cod!

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect for the four of us plus our one year old! Plenty of space for everyone and the house is conveniently located to explore all Cape Cod has to offer. Robyn was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. The house is walking distance to a large pond with kayaks and a short drive away to Harwich Port. We enjoyed going to a place called Perks for coffee a short drive away and then walking on the beach in the morning in Harwich Port. The back deck was great for barbecuing and relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day and the basketball game in the basement was a hit! Would definitely stay again.
