Enjoy water views from almost every room, with the ocean on one side and tidal salt marshes on the other. The main level features an amazing kitchen with a gorgeous island, large dining table and spacious living room that opens to the oceanfront deck. Bonus: Linens and towels are included!

We love our private seaside oasis. Tucked away at the tranquil end of an exclusive beach, our beach home is a haven of serenity. Every morning, we wake up to the beauty of the ever-shifting marshland on one side and the soothing ocean waves on the other. Occasionally, we catch a glimpse of boats passing by and wildlife in Cape Cod Bay's gentle waters. It's our beautiful coastal escape and we can't wait to share it with you!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front door and immediately see your captivating water view! Head over to the sliding glass doors to take in the panoramic views. Step out onto the deck where you will be greeted with ocean breeze. The oceanfront deck is equipped with an outdoor lounge area, a dining table with seating for 6, and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Along the back railing of the deck you will find a bar height ledge to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. The wrap-around deck runs along the entire front of the beach house, along the side, and to the back offering you plenty of outdoor living space. Lay back and relax in the lounge chairs, or enjoy your favorite meal on the large table. This outdoor experience gives new meaning to "dining with a view"! There is also a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

Off of the deck is your private staircase to Spring Hill Beach! You can walk the sandy shore for hours and get lost in the natural beauty of Cape Cod or take a dip, the water is warm and life is good.

As you enter this home through the front door, you walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with countertop seating for 4. While cooking a meal in the kitchen, you can turn your head to the left to see the views of the tidal marsh or turn your head to the right and see the views of Cape Cod Bay. In the living room relax around the large smart TV to unwind from the day while enjoying the views from the sliding glass doors. Back down the hallway, it will lead you to the laundry corner and the first floor half bathroom.

Head upstairs to the 2nd floor and find 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Bedroom 4: Third floor- 4 twin beds and an area to watch TV and lounge on the bean bags. There is also a great desk for work or play! This entire floor offers stunning views of the beach.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
