Absolute perfect single level holiday house that has everything you could possibly want for your family/friend’s getaway. Situated in a quiet location with Windang Beach a stone’s throw away at your back door, offering a beautiful inground pool in the backyard, who needs the beach! Warilla Beach, Reddall Reserve and Lake Illawarra within 5 mins of Ocean Pearl.

This accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 guests however it can accommodate up to 10 guests. (6 adults maximum and 4 children).

The garage has been transformed into a dual-purpose space serving as both a tv/games room with a separate fourth bedroom to accommodation for the additional 2 guests. This cozy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, complete with a split system to ensure your comfort throughout both winter and summer. The room is adorned with 2 skylights, adding a touch of natural light to enhance the ambiance.

This house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor toilet and shower. Airconditioned open plan lounge and kitchen area with large laundry and extended kitchen area off to the side. Enclosed additional lounge/TV room looking over the sparkling pool and not to forget the outdoor kitchen with BBQ for alfresco dining. Large Smart TV in lounge with 2nd in main bedroom. Wi-Fi throughout. Linen and towels supplied but please bring your own beach towels. Highchair and/or travel cot can be hired if you require these (please mention you require this when booking). Can accommodate 8 guests.

2nd bedroom: 1 x queen
3rd Bedroom: 2 x King single bunks
4th Bedroom: 1 double bed
Main Bathroom: (bath/shower & toilet)

Fully functional kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Pod coffee maker and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils required. Washing machine/dryer for your convenience, split system reversable aircon in lounge/dining area.

Lay around the pool or enjoy a swim in the fully fenced inground pool. Sit at the outdoor dining table having a refreshment while watching the kids swim or play in the fenced backyard or enjoy cooking on the BBQ. The back gate opens for access to reserve at back of house, play some cricket or soccer or just let the kids run around – supervised of course!

Outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach or after your swim along with outside toilet for convenience.

Enjoy a morning/afternoon stroll along the safe walkway and bicycle track that stretches along Lake Illawarra/Reddall Reserve foreshore with Reddall Reserve offering large newly built playground, BBQ areas, walking track, fishing and swimming. Little Lake/Elliot Park for lake activities are a short car ride.

Beautifully maintained lawns and gardens and modern throughout. Windang Bowling Club and the Lake Illawarra/Windang Pub close for meals and refreshments, fish & chip shop, 2 x café’s, Thai restaurants and Food Works for your groceries are within short walk.

Front door Digital lock with personal code sent to you so you do not have to carry keys around.

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) are supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.

Unfortunately, we love pets but are NOT permitted at this property.
Ocean Pearl, being a coastal property, borders Windang bush reserve, allowing for rear visits from local wildlife.
Please note: There are OUTSIDE Security Cameras at property (no sound). If requested and approved by owner under certain circumstances, they can be turned off.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary/free extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

Lawn maintenance is completed every 2nd Wednesday between 9am - 11am. Pool maintenance completed on these days also with the same time frame.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits always apply during the booking period. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on the Fair-Trading website. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests must be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
