Not only did the inside of this home accommodate all the needs of our family, the front porch and back deck were used often and enjoyed as well. Definitely planning a return visit!

Stayed for a weekend for a trip up to Green Bay to see the Packers. What a wonderful home, cozy and welcoming. Location couldnt have been better. View of the lake, easy walk along the water or on any of the walking paths. Quick ride into town to find so many great spots for food or drink.The house was updated, so clean and had so many small touches that made it feel like it was your home. Treats at the front door, fun basement with games and a welcoming back deck with fire pit. Loved this stay and home and cant wait to come back again.

Check in was easy after receiving several texts about check in procedure, entrance code, and parking arrangements. The house was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen, a fantastic game room in the basement, 3 tvs, working WIFI, attention to details for guests (snacks, water bottles, coffee pods and regular coffee, detailed instructions for tv, etc. The location was great - close to Lake Michigan, the Light House park & Beach, and downtown.

Great Option for a Staycation

Very nice property! Accurate to the pictures with nice "extras" like the games, books, video games, snacks, and extra towels and blankets in each sleeping space. Worked great for our extended family to hang out for a few days.

Great Stay

Absolutely loved the manitowac area and this property. This location was a bit more residential than we generally prefer when exploring WI but the neighbors were very friendly and we were pretty close to downtown and city shopping. This property was very well set up for a family. Appreciated all the touches from childrenā€™s books to snacks. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place, Great Location

The check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The place was very clean with many updates to the home that we enjoyed. We enjoyed the game room which brought memories to my wife and I of all the games we played as a kids. We were so glad to relax and play the old games with our kids. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the porch. We also enjoyed the short walk to Lake Michigan and the lighthouse. We also loved that the house was located to so many great places to visit in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

This house is in a wonderful location. It is literally 1/2 a block from Lake Michigan and you can see the lake from the front porch. It is updated and is decorated nicely. The house feels like a home and has all the amenities of home. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the main floor. We enjoyed our stay in Manitowoc!

Family Getaway

Great location of property. Walking distance to small quiet sandy beach that all enjoyed. A short drive to large, beautiful beach. Plenty of room and activities for all ages to enjoy. Everyone (grandparents, parents and kids from 14 to 8 years of age had a great time. The only problem was one bathroom made it a little tough on eight people. A second bathroom could make this a perfect property.

So many little touches!

Weā€™ve stayed at a number of properties, but these hosts have really thought of everything. There were snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, extension cords, phone chargers, everything you could want. The game room was a blast for my kids. There were cozy pillows and blankets everywhere. So thoughtful and prepared. The summer sports stuff looked like a blast but we were here in the winter. We would definitely stay in the summer as well, great access to Lake Michigan. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a couple other properties in Manitowoc and Two Rivers and this was by far the best rental in terms of comfort, amenities and cleanliness. This rental is in the same neighborhood where we grew up. We know the area intimately, as well as many of the people who currently live there and this helped in our decision to book here. This rental's kitchen had many positives: very nice new dishes, a quality blender, a Keurig and pods, nice pans & utensils, good set of knives, a VERY clean refrigerator, and the extras you would hope for like dish soap, sponges, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, as well as some snacks like cereal, popcorn and chips in single servings. This kitchen really came through for us. There were instructions provided for everything, abundant storage for our own stuff (closets, drawers, plenty of hangers), clear signage for the wifi, remotes for opening the garage door (the garage was very clean)... lots of positive things I can comment on. We found we really liked the fireplace in the living room even though it isn't a real one. With the push of a button, we had 'evening ambiance' and it warmed the living room quickly.Although there was only 1 bathroom in the home, it was also very clean and seemed to include everything you could need including a heated & back-lighted mirror, enough towel bars and hooks, and bath towels were plentiful. The glassed-in shower did not include a tub so there was no stepping over the edge of a tub or dealing with a shower curtain. Everything seemed well thought out.The one thing I would comment on are the rather shallow stairs to the 2nd floor. If you are someone who gets up in the night to go to the bathroom and you don't negotiate stairs well, you might want to stay in the bedroom on the 1st floor (there are no windows in that room). Overall, a very nice stay that accommodated our needs.
