The Guest House has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six people.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third has twin beds.

Point Beach Guest House has 1700 square feet of living space. Lots of yard for fun, games, sitting around the fire pit or putting together your creation on the provided propane grill. (propane provided)

Our guests have enjoyed the large manicured yard, easy access to the beach, and the biking and hiking trails. In the winter these trails are groomed for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in a beautiful snow-covered forest.

Sit in the yard, relax and enjoy the country, then when you feel like it use our central location to visit the many activities in the area.

Neshotah Park with lots of sand and shower and food facilities is only 3 miles away.

When it is chilly, a warm fireplace provides a lovely retreat for snuggling with a good book, a cup of hot chocolate or friendly fireside conversation.

Avoid the crowds of Door County, but you can visit there with a short drive. Two Rivers is an untapped vacation spot with lots of activities nearby including several miles of white sandy beach.

Coming to a Packer game? Spend the weekend here, only 45 minutes to Lambeau Field, and a lot less expensive.

Point Beach Guest House is truly a gem, as is the owner. Mike offered an early check-in, the house is immaculate and the location is perfect for anyone fond of outdoor activities. We truly enjoyed our stay and intend to repeat the experience.

Family Friendly Find

Months ago our family picked a rental at random for a few nights to start summer break. And I’m so grateful this is the place we ended up!A perfect spot for some respite, but close to everything Two Rivers and Point Beach has to offer. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, and our toddler and teen loved the options for board games and outdoor toys. Communication with host and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be back!!

Beautifully kept house, with great host!

The house and property are meticulously kept. We could not be happier with the house and host. There were absolutely no issues but our host Mike was responsive and welcoming. Our family of four loved the fire pit and short hike to the beach and can’t wait to stay here again!

A stellar experience!

We loved our stay! The house is lovely, very well laid out and stocked and extremely clean throughout. Walking down to the beach is convenient and relaxing -- put this at the top of your list! The property owners are conscientious and responsive, in other words, doing everything right. Two Rivers has restaurants and coffeehouses and sights worth a visit, and it's just a few minutes away.

Comfortable and spacious house

We love this house for our family that includes Grandma and young adult kids. Everyone has their own bedroom and bath! We play board games at the dining room table and love the large kitchen for all our food and meal prep. Beds are comfortable and, unlike so many other places, there are extra pillows, blankets, bath towels and kitchen towels. We spend a lot of time outdoors when we visit and love all the extra seating and fire pit. Highly recommend!

Point Beach Guest House

My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our 43rd anniversary and visited with family in the area. The house was very comfortable and all was as advertised. The location was both remote (away from the noise and commotion of the city) and conveniently close to a variety of activities and restaurants we visited between Manitowoc and Algoma.

Two Rivers Treasure

We enjoyed a great stay at Pointe Beach Guest House. Mike (owner) had great communication. The house is well equipped with everything we needed (even beach toys for the kids). This was our first time visiting the area we were impressed- our favorite beach was Noshotah beach a seven minute drive from the house. The road going by the house is quiet and we enjoyed playing in the spacious backyard. Loved every minute here!

Clean, quiet, nice layout

This home is very well kept. We were impressed with how clean it was. It has a nice yard, with lots of seating. It feels rural, but there are neighbors nearby and it's only 6 minutes or so from a grocery store. The path to the beach from the house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed the half mile walk to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied with all of the cookware and dishes we needed. We really liked how all three bedrooms each had their own connected bathrooms. It worked perfectly for our situation. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Golf weekend

Stayed in the area for a golf weekend with friends. Was great to have so much space to hang out outside in a private area aftera long day of golf. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. Mike was super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My name is Mike. I am retired from the US Coast Guard. My wife Ann and I like to travel and spend as much time as we can with our children and grandchildren.

My parents lived next door to this house on property they had purchased from the previous owners of this property. The previous owners (who were the original homesteaders) eventually passed ownership to their youngest son. That owner, Leo, finding it difficult to afford the basics of life, convinced Ann & I to purchase the property and allow him life estate. We eventually did just that. In 2002 Leo went back to heaven. Ann and I didn't want to sell the house because there is a large beautiful barn and two other outbuildings that we use as a wood working shop and for storage. We then figured that since this is such a beautiful area and so many people always fill the Point Beach State Forest campgrounds, that we could offer the house as an alternative to sleeping on the ground in a tent. So 20 years after we purchased the property we took the one bedroom one bath house down to the studs and remodeled it into a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, fully furnished and outfitted get away for those who like comfort in their vacation accomodations. Our pricing isn't really that much more than a hotel room but we have many many more amenities and a lot more room than a hotel. Don't neglect to read the reviews below. I believe you will find that we were successful in our endeavor to make it a nice place to stay. We hope we can welcome you to our get-away.

When you arrive you see this quaint old farm house on an expansive yard and plenty of open grass area to relax in the sunshine, play ball, set up your croquet set. The house sits next to a beautifully cared for barn. (also built by Al Capone) When you enter the house you will notice the attention to detail that we put into the remodel. Rounded corners on all the walls; high end appliances (including washer and dryer);wireless Internet, flat screen TV, free telephone;100s of books and nice soft chairs to sit around the fireplace if it's chilly outside. Perfect for families who like their space and perfect for 2 or 3 couples looking to get away and enjoy all the amenities of a fully outfitted home rather than a hotel room.
