Luxury Villas with Dream Views and Large Tropical Gardens

Jeda Villa is located in the village of Pemuteran, a well- known diver’s spot in the north-west of Bali, three-hour’s drive from Ngurah-Rai Airport. Jeda Villa (built in 2009) is a 3BR villa located on 6000 m2 of land with gorgeous sea- mountain- and volcano-views. The villa offers a spacious inside living-space and is surrounded by a large tropical garden with a magnificent mountain back-drop. The villa has a private pool, a large terrace and two traditional gazebos. Situated at the foot of the mountain ridge at the edge of the West Bali National Park, the villa overlooks Pemuteran village and the ocean 900 meters away (the villa is located 80 meters above sea level). Five East Javanese volcanoes can be seen in the distance, especially during the evening’s breathtaking sunsets. The thatched-roof villa has been designed to use both traditional Balinese and modern architectural elements and blend in perfectly with the natural environment.

Living in the tropics is best described by the term ‘veranda-living’. The spacious and open character of the villa gives guests the opportunity to live and dine outside. The upstairs area in the villa offers a TV room and a third bedroom. Downstairs the villa has a kitchen, a large living- and dining-area and two bedrooms with en-suite open-air bathrooms, beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. All bedrooms have double king-size beds and floor-to-ceiling built-in or separate wardrobes. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ventilators (optional).

The air-conditioned bedrooms downstairs have separate ceilings, which provide guests with the ultimate sleeping comfort. All bedrooms have spectacular views of the mountains, volcanoes and/or ocean. The floor-to-ceiling built-in or separate wardrobes provide space for guests' belongings. The double king- size beds have superior quality mattresses. Reading lamps are installed on the sides of the beds.

The downstairs bedrooms are directly connected to the spacious, light and open air-bathrooms which have terrazzo washbasins placed on polished concrete surrounds, floors made from light Yogja stone and natural stone covered walls. Each bathroom has a separate toilet discretely placed behind a little wall and a shower positioned in an open- air area. The bedroom on the first floor of the villa also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Jeda Villa is located in Pemuteran, a village in the province Buleleng, North-Bali. It is an hour drive west of Lovina and a half hour drive east of Gilimanuk, where hourly ferries can be taken to Java. From the airport in South-Bali it is a three hours drive.

The village borders a government-owned national park, Taman Nasional Bali Barat (West Bali National Park), which stretches along the coast east- and westward. The northern slopes have the least rainfall during the year. The coastline offers one of the best diving in Bali. Menjangan Island is a well-known dive-area, with a dozen distinct dive-sites. A few up-scale resorts in Pemuteran are located around a small bay. Local fishermen still go about their business at night. The beachfront is unique in Bali, due to its tranquil atmosphere. Sellers of souvenirs, massages and food are consciously being kept away by the local authorities. Leasuring at the beach in Pemuteran is hassle-free.

Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged. Also a car and an optional driver for the length of your stay can be arranged. Please notify management before arrival. A Jeda Villa shuttle-service is available to bring guests to the beaches and restaurants.

The large semi - closed kitchen is situated in the centre of the villa for the guests’ convenience. The glass windows give the immaculate kitchen an abundance of light during the day. The polished concrete kitchen-top has one sink and a four-pit-gas-stove. Large cabinets offers a lot of space for storage. The kitchen is provided with toaster, blender, fridge and a water-purification-device connected to the kitchentap.

Guests may either prepare meals themselves or with advance notice (after breakfast), order fresh, tasty meals from a menu (lunch and dinner). The lunches and dinners are not included in the price. Breakfast is included in the price.
