The Space:
Experience timeless architecture and distinctive landscapes at our 2-bedroom Apartment. Step into an inviting living area adorned with tasteful decor, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the sensational city skyline views from the impressive lobby and rooftop terrace.

The apartment boasts high ceilings, timber floors, and stone finishes, creating a light-filled and generously proportioned space. The well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances is a culinary haven, while the private balcony provides a serene spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. Retreat to the comfortable bedroom with a spacious balcony and two plush Double beds for ultimate relaxation after your day of adventures.

**Please note that there is more than one apartment and that there might be minor deviations in layout. All items (down to the number of knives and forks), room sizes, amenities, quality level, etc. are exactly the same but there are minor layout differences.**

**We kindly require a $300 security deposit as a temporary authorization hold. This amount will be released within 5-7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or lost items. Please note that any lost keys will incur a charge of $180 AUD.

Additionally, guests are required to complete the guest portal and agree to our house rules before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check-in.

- You agree that you will not allow smoking inside the property at any time. We will automatically deduct a minimum of $300 from your bond for additional cleaning if smoking has occurred. You will also face a potential claim for damages.
- You agree that you will not allow animals inside the property at any time. We will automatically deduct a minimum of $300 from your bond for additional cleaning if an animal is found to be on the property. You will also face a potential claim for damages.
- Requests for assistance or maintenance that is of the guests' making will incur a minimum charge of $75 per hour.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. All our units are equipped with a smart lock, enabling you to enjoy a hassle-free check-in. Upon your arrival, you will receive a unique code that can be used for your booked apartment, meaning that you can check in at exactly the time you want after 4PM. If you should arrive before our 4 PM check-in time, we promise to do our best to make sure your unit is available as fast as possible.

The Ivanhoe Train Station is just a short walk away from our doorstep. From here, you'll have access to the Hurstbridge Line, which connects you to Melbourne's central business district in a quick and efficient manner. Whether you're looking to explore iconic landmarks, museums, or immerse yourself in the city's vibrant atmosphere, the train provides a seamless connection to your urban adventures.

The Ivanhoe Train Station is just a short walk away from our doorstep.
