We enjoyed our Beach Quarters stay. The location on the main street with access to restaurants and shops and short stroll to the beach was wonderful. Despite being in the middle of all the action it was very quiet at night. The apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable and communication was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a not-so-hidden gem right on Gulfport’s main drag. The apartment itself is bright, with big windows on two sides overlooking Beach Blvd S, but the real draw is its location. It’s less than a 5 minute stroll to the pier, the Casino (historic, not gambling!), tons of restaurants and coffee shops, and the Gulfport Beach Recreation Area. I was there off-season, so there was plenty of street parking available, but the property includes one off-street spot which would be very nice during the high season. I loved the old-Florida vibe of this small complex. Sat outside on the “balcony” in front of my unit (actually the open-air walkway to the apartment) with a glass of wine, and watched the world go by below. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

This was our second stay at Beach Quarters because we liked it so much the first time. Very clean and comfortable and close to everything Gulfport has to offer.

Gulfport Visit

Good location with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Some hurricane damage remains but did not affect our trip.

Great Stay

Easy to book, easy access to enter upon arrival, great location, manager on premise was very kind and helpful. The apartment was so clean and bright. Looked like the pictures that were in the advertising!! Would definitely book again!!

Very Nice, Great Location

As the title says Very Nice, Great Location. The only problem was some neighbor enjoyed their 70s'ish loudly from 9-11pm every evening.

The apartment itself was very clean, the check-in process was easy, and communication through VRBO was timely and professional.However, the parking situation was completely unacceptable and misleading. The listing specifically advertised one parking spot behind the unit, which was a major factor in booking this property. In reality, there was no dedicated parking available for the apartment. After leaving briefly the following morning, I returned to find absolutely no parking behind the building, on the street, or within several surrounding blocks. Because this is a beach area, parking is extremely limited and highly competitive.When I contacted customer service, I was essentially told to continue driving around and wait until something became available off-site or farther down the road. That is not an acceptable solution and is not what I paid for. A property should not advertise included parking if parking cannot actually be guaranteed for guests staying there.As a result, I was unable to stay for my second night and had to make other arrangements. Had I known there was no reliable parking, I would not have booked this property.If you intend to arrive, park once, and never move your vehicle during your stay, the apartment may work for you. Otherwise, I would strongly caution future guests about the inaccurate parking advertisement. I would not stay at this property again.
