Welcome to our “Newly Renovated” home away from home, My Reward - Sunset House on picturesque Caminada Bay in Grand Isle, LA. Over the years, we have created wonderful memories in Grand Isle with family and friends. We would love to share our home to allow others to create their own memories. What sets our home apart is the stunning panoramic views of Caminada Bay. In addition, we have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We offer a 450' lighted fishing pier where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and crabbing. Our home is large enough to accommodate large groups or multiple families. The open floor plan with built-in wet-bar and pool table on the third level are perfect for entertaining or winding down for an afternoon drink and a game before dinner in our newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen. The camp sleeps 24 guest comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Our home offers the option for privacy and large gatherings at the same time. On the third deck we enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins play, and cocktails in the late afternoon with the most glorious sunsets the bay has to offer. The 3rd level also has a wrap around porch to view all sides of Grand Isle including a seating area on the south side to view Grand Isle Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Most of our guest find themselves spending a majority of time on the second level open deck, where there is always a breeze and offers ample comfortable seating, swings and large dining table. This deck is also perfect for amazing sunset views of the bay. Our well-stocked outdoor kitchen is equipped with a commercial ice machine, 2 refrigerator/freezers, gas stove, oven, sink, microwave, kitchen table, and more. Our 2nd level also offers a screened in porch with a large table and plenty of seating for enjoying boiled seafood, bbq, or a fun night of games with protection from the occasional pesky Louisiana mosquitos. Our guest can also enjoy the convenience of a commercial ice maker, barbecue pit, propane burner/tank, boiling pots, and a large fish cleaning station on this level. For your convenience, the second level has an outdoor shower to rinse off, a full bath and what we call an apartment or bunk room- the kids love this room. We have recently added an outdoor big screen TV with a blue-tooth Bose soundbar, perfect for large groups to watch their favorite sports team, streaming on YouTube TV or connecting your music to stereo sound.

Our Bay front home sits on an acre lot offering ample parking and a great location with easy access just steps to the beach, offering the best of both worlds. Our guest have access to so many activities and conveniences on the bay, swimming or floating on a raft in calm waters, bird watching, fishing on the pier during the day and/or night or wading out to fish along the rock jetties. Our guest don’t have to pay for a boat slip or have to launch and pick up their boat everyday. We have (6) boat slips “free” on the pier for docking boats or PWC's. Kids and adults love catching crabs for an afternoon boil or you can relax and sunbathe with privacy. We have a ladder to access the water's edge so bring your paddle board and kayak to enjoy the Bay's calm waters. In Grand Isle, "the Bay is Best”. The pier is complete and ready for our guests. Please note: the pier is shared with the neighboring camp "Grand Smiles". Our pier is probably the largest private pier in Grand Isle so there is plenty of room for all or our guest, but only guest staying in one of the two camps. In the rare occasion that the pier becomes overcrowded we ask you to be considerate and work out any issue with each other. If there is any issue that can not be resolved we ask our guests to use the right side of the pier and the neighboring camp will use the left side of the pier. Enjoy and have fun!
