The condo itself was updated, clean and had a great location right on the main square of the boardwalk. Parking was easy as well. My only gripe was that the host asks that you provide towels, sheets, and paper products (like paper towels and toilet paper) and they ask for the dishes to be fully put away (not the dishwasher running) before checkout so my departure morning with kids was a little hectic. Communication wise, the hosts were easy to get in touch with but didn't always look for solutions to my questions

Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The beach is BUSY so it helped to walk down the boardwalk a bit to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The host provided the chairs, umbrellas, boards and bikes so we didn't have to haul any of that from home. Lots of space and we appreciated the 3 full bathrooms at the end of a sandy day!

Loved Everything

What a great condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this was a perfect place for my family. The location was ideal. The condo was updated and well-cared for. Loved it. We hope to be back.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was in the ideal location close everything Bethany Beach has to offer. The balcony was nice to people watch in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for better. Thanks for an amazing week.

Great location

Great place to stay and being around everything you need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with their kids and family. I’m sure we will be back again ;)

Perfect location and time to go

The perfect location right next to the boardwalk, and for the unit being right on top of downtown Bethany, once the doors were shut you couldn't hear a sound. The beach supplies and cart were super handy to not have to travel with and were incredibly convenient to use. We lucked out as well with the pool being open for part of our stay and we were able to utilize that as well. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better trip or place to stay as the condo was huge, amazing memories!

Perfect beach week for a small group!

Nothing can beat this location! We usually go to Bethany with a larger group, but this year it was just 4 adults and a baby and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It will be hard to stay anywhere but here now. We made so many special family memories and We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Beautiful 3BR condo in the heart of Bethany!

Unbeatable location - dead-center on Bethany boardwalk. Allows for an easy walk to anywhere you want to go in Bethany. Gated/secured parking with keypad entry in case you do need to drive to any of the areas nearby like shopping in Rehobeth or the water park in Fenwick Island. The condo has a private pool which is very clean (we saw the pool guy there daily during our stay). The condo itself is clean, well-organized, and has nearly everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this condo - would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

Perfect spot to listen to the bandstand from your own balcony, grab food easily or cook at home, and alternate between beach pool beach as our kids demanded!

Property was nice. Just not oceanfront! It was Ocean View. Some lights did not properly work , nor did mechanical shades in living room. Dryer did not dry properly, due to bird nest in outside vent.

Beautiful Condo

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

Excellent home for families!

This property is in an amazing location, right on the boardwalk, which makes it very easy to explore the restaurants and shops, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo is almost soundproof, and we only ever heard the noise from the boardwalk when there was a concert right outside the property. What we loved most about this property was all of the details that made it easy to just show up! The storage unit is filled with all the beach essentials - umbrellas, chairs, an inflatable baby pool, shovels, sand toys, etc. Our son loved playing with the dump truck! Inside the unit there are plates, utensils, cups, etc for young kids. The bedroom with bunk beds has cute bean bag chairs as well. Overall, this unit was clean, modern, and in a prime location.

Mother/Daugther Vacation

The code was wrong from the Property Manager that was frustrating wasted an hour on that. Also they had ants bad, had to go out and buy ant Spray. Took about 3 days to see any progress. Texted the homeowner to let him know no response. Decorated nicely, kind of a pain to have to bring your own sheets. Not everyone has King sheets had to buy them. Only one patio seems like in picture two. This is on the side of the building so over the restaurants. Nice to be able to walk to all the places to eat. Only made two grocery trips and one of them was to get the supplies for the ant spray. So good location but feel should have been responded to about the Ants situation. And the gate had issues the day we left. Overall nice vacation.

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 1 level. Also right on the boardwalk in downtown Bethany Beach, DE. The condo comes with 2 parking spots, off street as well as a pool only for this complex which is only 13 units. You could come for the week and never get in your car.
