Welcome to Crescentia Pines Log Cabin- this is the quintessential log cabin in the woods and is perfect retreat for a group getaway or family vacation to the mountains any time of the year. Relax and unwind together under soaring pine trees and shooting stars as you enjoy the best of Big Bear right at your fingertips paired with the finest amenities and essentials right here at your cabin. The owners have recently renovated with your vacation experience in mind and have left nothing out. Come see this extraordinary mountain gem for yourselves!

Sitting atop a hill in a quiet upper Moonridge neighborhood your heavily forested property provides your group with plenty of privacy and space to safely play and indulge in the nature around you. Enter through the grand entrance where you'll be greeted with knotty pine vaulted cathedral ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors and big open windows which provide the perfect amount of natural lighting within a spacious open floor plan- you can truly feel right at home here at this chalet. Snuggle up together and warm your toes in front of the toasty fireplace as you watch the snow falling from the big open windows and pop on a movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV. Your chef will adore the equipped kitchen and dining area here at Crescentia Pines, perfect for entertaining and preparing your home cooked holiday meals and slope side snacks any time of the year you will find all that you need right here. Beautiful pine cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils while new granite counters, general appliances and a dishwasher ensures that your cleanup is a breeze.

Being a spacious single level chalet your group has quick and convenient access to your three sleeping quarters and both bathrooms as well as a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway which is perfect for those wet snow clothes or extended stays in the mountains. Each room offers big open windows, comfortable beds, warm linens, and fresh bath towels for your group when you arrive and is setup perfectly to ensure your group can enjoy a great night of restful sleep. If the kids get bored you can send them out to the attached garage where they can enjoy the foosball and arcade game. Venture out back where you are sure to spend most of your time here in the mountains on the spacious sun deck with a propane BBQ and your own private hot tub under the stars- you will love soaking your muscles here under the stars after a fun day out on the mountain. Within minutes of tons of local hiking trails and a short ten minute drive to either ski resorts, marinas, and Village shops this location truly can't be beat. Our Big Bear Vacations team is looking forward to hosting you here in the mountains! We are your longest standing local vacation experts with years of dedicated experience and knowledge brought forth within our exceptional customer service and support staff to ensure a 5 star experience for every guest. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
