This building was newly constructed in 2024, so it is in fact a brand-new development. While the building does not have a traditional lobby or front desk, this is because guests have direct access to the unit through keyless entry and there is no check-in process required at the property. The listing photos and description include images of the pool area and the property amenities so guests can review the available features prior to booking. The pool location and layout are accurately represented in the listing, including that it is not a beachfront pool. Regarding beach chairs and umbrellas, these items are not included with the reservation. When our team was contacted, our reservationist explained that guests could bring their own equipment or utilize local beach rental companies. Our team did attempt to provide assistance and offer alternative options, but unfortunately the conversation became difficult as our reservationist was not given the opportunity to fully explain the available options.
