Beautiful Bayside Beach House ** Pet Friendly



Enjoy complete relaxation, beautiful sunsets and walks on the bay with your family and dog at this beautiful 3 bedroom completely brand new pet-friendly beach house. Beautiful open concept living space with full modern brand new kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, screened in porch, fully fenced yard and off-street parking, plus so much more. Located just 2 blocks to the Delaware bay in this quiet family neighborhood. Cape May Beaches and shopping area is just a 10 minute drive and Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk are about 15 minutes away. Ride your bikes to the Cape May Ferry and watch the Ferries take off or see the local dolphin jumping out of the water. Enjoy the local restaurants or stay at home and cook on the new gas grill, sit out in the yard or stay in and enjoy the flat screen TV!

The house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens will be provided and there is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! Dishes, pots, glasses, silverware, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, blender, can opener, etc. Gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The house was completely renovated with modern furnishings, central air and gas heat. The yard is completely fenced in and there is full size driveway. The patio has a lovely table, chairs and umbrella. There is an outdoor shower. The front has a screened in porch that will be fully furnished as a lovely sitting area.

This location can be enjoyed all year long! Whether you are enjoying the beach and summer weather or prefer the off season -- there is always something to do, even if it's just a relaxing walk on the bay. The Cape May area boasts wineries, shopping, sight seeing and some of New Jersey's best restaurants!

Four beach tags will be provided for the Cape May beaches. (Children under 13 do not need beach tags). Bay beach is free.

A charming house in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach/bay. The house was clean, recently remodeled, and very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will be back next year!

Amazing location a block from the bay. Quiet area, all families in surrounding homes. Beautiful home with lovely details such as board games and beach themed decor and beach tags. Would highly recommend!

Quiet bayside cottage

This was our 4th time staying and it is always a great time. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable! A short walk to the bay and a short drive to Cape May and The Wildwoods.

Great place to unwind

The very nice house is an easy stroll to the beach , has a nice backyard for grilling and dinner along with an open floor plan for movies & games. Great for families looking to limit driving and traffic and enjoy sun and sand.

Wonderful Weekend

We came down to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had a blast. House was clean and comfortable - very peaceful neighborhood. We had our dogs with us - they loved the fenced in yard. And it was close to the beach and great restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

A great place!

We loved our stay in Villas and Christine's house was perfect. A really nice location only a short walk to the bayside beach:). Our host had great communication and check in/check out was smooth. Beds were very comfy and house has all the amenities. Fenced in yard was really nice for the doggies and also to just hang out and lounge. Beach passes to Cape May was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at pretty ranch house

The property suited us perfectly. We especially loved the fully-fenced, large back yard for our beagle. We also enjoyed the screened front porch. Best of all was watching gorgeous sunsets after walking a short distance down to the beach . Will definitely be going back to the Village Road property. Wonderful location, quiet at night- we loved our vacation in Cape May.

Bathroom needs exhaust fan and tub floor is slippery , and would be an immense improvement with a large walk-in stall shower for safety. Other than that very comfortable amenities. Nice rental property !

My family has been vacationing in the Cape May area for over 20 years. We have owned our own house in this area since 2002. I purchased this house and one other in the same area to provide people and their families and pets a comfortable and affordable vacation so they can enjoy the unique and enchanting Cape May area! This location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet is still a close enough drive to be on the Cape May beach, shopping at the Washington Street Mall, dining at an amazing restaurant or enjoying the sights and excitement of the Wildwood Boardwalk within minutes.

This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short stroll to the Delaware Bay. We love walking on the bay with our children and dog. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from this beach. It's also a great spot to just sit and relax and enjoy nature. And I just love the large fenced in yard at this house! There are so many options for things to do and the house is has all the comforts of home!
