Start your mornings enjoying a cup of coffee from the private balcony before setting out to explore everything Adelaide has to offer. Or, keep active in the shared comprehensive gym or infinity pool. As the sun sets, there’s no better way to enjoy some of the best local wines than from the rooftop terrace, cooking up a storm on the shared BBQ grill. Other residential facilities include a mini cinema, a pool table in the games room, and a meeting room.

Stepping inside, the open living provides plenty of room to unwind after a busy day on your feet. Kick back on one of the sofas in the living room while watching one of your favourite dramas on the large Smart TV. There are two bedrooms and access to the balcony through glass sliding doors, allowing plenty of light in. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for those on a working trip, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Two bathrooms with a walk-in shower offer utmost convenience, with one connected to the primary bedroom.

It’s unlikely you’ll ever feel like cooking at home with all the best restaurants and cafes at your fingertips, including a brilliant coffee shop right outside the building, the SOHO Coffee Roasters, but if you do, the apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is reliable WiFi, air-conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, laundry with washer and dryer, and an allotted parking spot suitable for smaller to mid-sized cars (like hatchbacks and compact sedans).

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. and access to communal facilities like the swimming pool, BBQ area, games room and theatre room plus a board room that can be booked. Please make yourself at home!

Adelaide may lose limelight from cities like Melbourne and Sydney, but make no mistake: this place is a sleeping giant. With everything a metropolis offers but keeping a cool, country vibe, it’s no wonder locals like to keep the attention away. While you’re here, you'll be in the heart of the action only a 10-minute drive to Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Garden, and a five-minute stroll to diverse dining options dotting Gouger Street, plus the Adelaide Central Market—a foodie's go-to offering various gourmet stalls from seafood, cheese, coffee to home-grown comfort food. For some fine Italian cuisine, it’s an absolute must to experience Osteria Oggi a short 15-minute walk from the stay, but be sure to book ahead. There are no bad decisions in this part of town, only different ones.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.

Please note that the heated pool is a complimentary facility managed by the complex. While it is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature, its operation and water temperature are outside our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
