- You will be required to go up stairs from front entry to access the building.
- You may be required to go up stairs to reach your apartment. There are 3 floors in the building and no lift. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Air-conditioning and heating units are only in the living room and master bedroom.
- 1 allocated car space included. Dimensions of the space are 4.7 x 2.3 x 2.0 m (L x W x H). Not suitable for larger vehicles.
- Use of BBQ facilities may incur an additional fee if extra deep cleaning is required.
