Walk to everything from this spacious, bright 708 sq ft. 1 bedroom upper level end unit townhome in popular Granite Court complex.

Quiet setting with direct access to the Valley Trail network and Lost Lake trails, yet close to Whistler's attractions and 10 min walk or 3 min free shuttle to the ski/bike lifts. We're across Lorimer Rd from Olympic Plaza, the Village stroll, and Whistler's Marketplace with restaurants, groceries, liquor store, retail. Leave your car parked (for free!); everything you need is within walking distance!

Locally owned and personally managed. We're setup for self check in via door code with walk up, front door access to our unit. No elevators or hallways to navigate.

Ground level entry has lots of room for storing your skis, bikes, boots, and other Whistler gear. We've also added bike storage wall posts to safely secure your valuable bikes inside our unit. At the top of the stairs you'll find lots of closet space and in suite washer and dryer with detergent provided.

The main level has 10 foot high ceilings and an open concept living room with fireplace, TV, and sofa (converts to queen bed). The dining area has seating for 4 off of the well stocked kitchen. Lots of natural light streams in with views of Mount Currie to the north, Blackcomb to the east, and Sproat to the west from our corner unit location. Weber propane BBQ is available for your use on the sunny patio. Spacious bathroom includes deep tub and shower. Most 1 bed units in Village/Village North area are 500-625 sq ft and we're noticeably larger at 708 sq ft.

FREE parking in our secure, reserved underground parkade. Clearance is 7'1".

High speed Telus PureFibre WiFi, Telus HD OptikTV, HBO, and Chromecast included.

We purchased this property in 2017 and have made additions each year including:

Whistler is designed as a pedestrian village so you'll enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping on the Village Stroll. Olympic Plaza, Gran Fondo finish, Whistler Half Marathon, and Whistler's free outdoor summer concert series and movie nights are directly across the street. Enjoy outdoor skating during the winter at Olympic Plaza. The world renowned Audain Art Museum is a 4 min walk from our front door.

In the summer, we have the Lost Lake walking/hiking/biking trails at our doorstep and 3 championship golf courses within 3km.

Owned and managed by Whistler locals. Unlike property management companies, this is our only rental so you'll benefit from our personal touch and un-rushed, extensive cleaning. We take pride in our townhome as you'll see from our updates and excellent guest reviews. We're just 5 minutes away so we're available on short notice by phone/email to answer any questions and provide local tips and advice.

We are legally zoned and follow all local licensing requirements. Whistler business license #9109. BC short term rental registration #PM744028002.

Minimum stays are set for winter season and holidays. Please ask about shorter or long term stays subject to availability.

Lovely stay

We came for some spring skiing and was lucky to stay at such a wonderful place. Home was clean and comfortable. Gregg even left us a welcoming gift! Parking was spacious and secure. Living room had plenty of space for us to relax when not skiing. We highly recommend Gregg's place. We look forward to the next time.

Comfy and Convenient

Gail and Gregg are phenomenal hosts who made my stay in their Whistler townhome as easy as it gets. This gem is perfectly situated in a tranquil complex, offering seamless access to the Whistler village and many scenic walking paths. The parking garage is more spacious than most and easy to access. The unit itself is well maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this delightful retreat for anyone visiting Whistler! Thank you!

Amazing place, with amazing location, and very gracious hosts

This was a great place to stay in Whistler. It is walkable to the supermarket, the village and slopes. It is very clean and more spacious and airy than appears in the photos. The hosts were very helpful and check in was a breeze. We would definitely return here.

Great independent owners

The place is fantastic for a couple. It can accommodate bikes easily and was furnished very well. The screens and AC are awesome for the summer and not every place has them in Whistler. The owners offered lots of extra time on check in and check out and in general were very good at communication and welcoming us.

Perfect for working vacation

Gail and Gregg's condo was the perfect hub for the 9 days my wife, dog, and I spent in Whistler. The location was perfect - easy walk to the market and village, pedal out the front door to the trails. We both work remotely and there was ample room for both of our WFH set ups. We had 4 bikes with us and the wall mounts in the entryway allowed us to store all our bikes inside without impeding access to the stairs or front door. We didnt cook any meals, but could have easily done so with all the tools and utensils that were provided. 5 stars without a doubt and we will be back soon

Overall solid experience. Hosts communicated well, location is great. The unit is showing some wear and tear with carpet needing some replacing and the kitchen table and chairs showing alot of love. However all in all a good place to stay and recommend.

Awesome hosts and townhome. The unit is clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to everywhere. Gail and Gregg thought of everything when outfitting the unit. The kitchen had all the basic necessities a person would have in their own home. There was even welcoming dog biscuits, beer and chilled beer mugs. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

This condo is perfect! The location is a very short walk to the village, the grocery store, and multiple hiking/biking trails. There is a bus stop on the curb if you need to go further. The owners are amazing — both Gregg and Gail are very friendly and were extremely helpful with every question we sent their way. The condo is clean, quiet, and everything you need is provided (paper, soap, foil, fuel for the grill, etc). Wifi, TV, and music all worked flawlessly and the directions for use were simple to understand (so refreshing!). There is a reserved parking spot in a well-lit, clean, and locked, garage - we parked and never used our car again during our stay. We had a wonderful visit and are looking forward to our next trip up. Thank you Gregg and Gail!!

One of our best VRBO stays!

We try to take two or three ski trips a year and have stayed in many ski condos. This was by far one of the best stays we've experienced and, if it's available, we'll stay there on our next trip to Whistler. It was perfect for my wife and me. The location is convenient. It is a 3 minute walk to the free shuttle (#4 shuttle) stop, and another minute or two walk to a nice grocery store, pharmacy, liquor, coffee shops, and restaurants. The condo complex is very quiet and feels more like a residential area than a ski area.Communication and check in were great. The instructions for access to the underground parking, and to the condo were perfect, and they even personalized the door code to something we would have no trouble remembering. Inside, we found information like emergency numbers and wi-fi access on the fridge.There was plenty of room. There were two closets, each with plenty of hangars and hanging space and shelves for storage.There were several thoughtful touches, like a small welcome gift, convenient table-top outlets and USB charging stations on both sides of the bed. The kitchen is nicely equipped and there is detergent for the clothes washer and pods for the dishwasher.It felt like home!

Whistler Gem

This is one of the most convenient, cozy and well-decorated condos we have ever stayed at in Whistler during our 25 years of visiting. It was very clean, well-supplied and had a charming decor. It was like living in a tree house with great snowy views out of every window. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. Truly a gem. Totally enjoyed it.

Hosts were above-and-beyond friendly & responsive. Wonderful, quiet little condo very close to everything you need in Whistler. There is no onsite parking for over height vehicles, but it's very close to public parking (that's free in the summer). Would definitely stay here again!

Granite Court is an extremely well maintained, low density complex adjacent to Whistler Village in Whistler's Village North. We're away from the crowds but directly across the street from the action including Olympic Plaza, Marketplace, and the Village Stroll. We're just an 8-10 minute walk or 2 min free shuttle from the lifts for North America's top ski and bike destination. Village North is the best of everything - close enough to the action of the Village but without the noise of the late night crowd. You'll enjoy the convenience of walking to everywhere you need to go through Whistler's pedestrian village - no car required!
