Experience a vacation of incomparable luxury at the Grand Luxxe resort. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, just 20 minutes north from the Puerto Vallarta airport, the resort opened for guests in April 2010. The plush 1 or 2 bedroom suites feature high ceilings and spacious rooms with elegant touches of white leather, polished stone, imported woods, and large plasma screens.

Oceanside units overlook the Bay of Banderas, while the riverside accommodations provide views of the jungle and twinkling lights of Puerto Vallarta. Step onto the balcony and view amazing sunsets from your personal sitting pool, or lounge chairs. With a world-class spa, championship golf course and gourmet restaurants, the Grand Luxxe is sure to delight all your senses. Your reservation comes with discounted golf at the on property Jack Nicklaus or Greg Norman designed golf course and 2 for 1 spa services at the Spatium (exclusive to Grand Luxxe guests).

Additionally transportation from the airport to the resort and wireless (wifi) internet is included.

There is plenty of dining and activities for all ages including 22 onsite restaurant/cafes and access to all of the pools at the resort.

Enormous Resort!

Communication with the property owner was stellar and we have been to the Grand Luxxe many times. It is an enormous, crowded and impersonal resort. That said, the price was right and we got our money's worth!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing week @ Vidanta Grand Luxxe!!! The property is stunning with phenomenal service and great amenities. We LOVED the Rhythms of the Night production and Dolphin Swim by Vallarta Ventures...and had a great time in PV at Daiquiri Dicks for dinner. The Pastor Tacos at Tacos Break in the Plaza were a family favorite. The ocean front beach chairs reserved for Grand Luxxe residents only was great- we loved our beach days! We will be back to Vidanta in the future! Cheers The Bensons

Great vacation!

The resort was great! The staff was attentive and very nice. There is a concierge on every floor. I would highly recommend it! The owner, Hai, was helpful with making sure we were all set before and during our trip. He was very responsive.Overall a great experience.

Amazing Resort w/ Amazing Rooms

My wife and I spent the first part of our 10 year anniversary here at the Grand Luxxe lofts at Vidanta, and boy did it impress! Everything about this resort is top notch luxury. The Room: As I mentioned, we stayed in the Luxxe lofts, which is the newest building on the resort. New usually means epically nice when it comes to Mexico resorts, and this is no different. The room was spacious and elegant, equipped with a private plunge pool overlooking downtown PV, a huge jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. We felt like Royalty in this tower and are already trying to figure out how we can replicate the smells with our own essential oil air diffuser :). The Resort: One word - MASSIVE. Although the Luxxe loft tower is nestled way back in the corner of the resort, it wasn't too hard to trek through the amazing grounds (covered in beautiful vegetation) to the beautiful pools on the Luxxe side. We did enjoy the rooftop pool in our tower - it's brand new and the views are amazing - but the real experience is when you go explore all the cool areas the resort has to offer. We were there 5 full days and never spent time in the same place, which made for a unique experience each and every day. We would basically choose our location based on the mood we were in; we'd stick on the Luxxe side if we wanted to chill, but we'd head over to the Bliss and Mayan area if we wanted a more lively crowd with music, activities, etc. Note if you stay in the Luxxe towers, you have access to every area of the resort - this is a HUGE plus! The Food: We never had a bad meal, and we didn't leave the resort for 5 full days, so we had a lot of meals!!!! I was worried the prices would be steep, but they weren't too bad. It was a special event for us, so I wasn't keeping an eye on every little thing, but I would estimate we spent ~150 USD per day for everything, including many drinks throughout the day. We did make reservations every night, but even though it was high-season, we feel we could have shown up and gotten a table with no issues. Still we recommend making reservations with the concierge on the floor of your room. The Staff: They were everywhere - I think there are over 6,000 employees in all - and they were fantastic. They were always there to greet you and assist with anything/everything. The service was quick, yet relaxed, which never made us feel rushed or stressed. All in all, we had a fantastic time and we will definitely be going back in the future!!!
