What a great property! The house was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and delightful to have around and added value without compromising privacy. Maria and Karina prepared some great food and we would encourage you to plan for that. The only suggestion would be to do it early on and mid trip because they leave the left overs and then you have time to enjoy them. The pool was very relaxing. It was a bonus to have a nice little restaurant across the street for any quick meal. Be careful of walking on the cobblestone streets when they are wet. They get slippery. Internet works better on the main floor than bedroom level. We were not successful using the TV so watched Netflix on the laptop which worked fine. We would highly recommend.

My husband and I loved how uncluttered everything was. Very simple earth tones. The towels were very plushy, The pillows were very fluffy. We passed much of the time cooling off in the pool. All the rooms had AC if we had chose to utilize. Just close enough to town and just far enough out of town for easy access and quiet comfort. Ubers were very accessible, there were always taxis around if you didn't feel like calling an Uber. Maria the housekeeper was very sweet and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay thank you very much.

I was incredibly impressed with this property from start to finish. Communication with the staff was excellent from the moment I booked, and the home was welcoming, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, excellent air conditioning, and all the bathroom amenities you could ask for. The property truly went above and beyond.A very special mention goes to Maria, whose warmth and kindness made our stay unforgettable. She kept everything beautifully clean, even helped with our laundry, and welcomed us with a delicious bowl of guacamole, pico de gallo, and ridiculously good chips. On our last night, she prepared a beautiful candlelight dinner with parrot fish and an incredible homemade sauce. The next morning, she surprised us with a sealed jar of the sauce so we could take some home!Thank you as well to our host, Sandy, who had everything so thoughtfully organized, from the house instructions to the recommendations. It made the entire stay feel effortless.I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta!

The most amazing villa ever. The second we walked in we never wanted to leave. So comfy and spacious! Maria was amazing and made us excellent breakfast daily. We were able to arrange excursions easily. The view from all the patios was sensational.The walk to the beach or zone romantica is steep and a little treacherous with blind turns and speeding cars but Ubers and taxis are very affordable and easy to get!

This was a hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta. My wife and i have been to Puerto Vallarta numerous times and have stayed at different Hotels and Condos but for us this was the best of the best. Maria the housekeeper/chef was awesome and treated us so well she felt like family. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation at Casa Montaña

This was our fourth visit to this dream villa and we loved it even more than before! The private pool, ocean views, quiet neighbourhood and proximity to the old town make this a perfect destination. Sandy and her team made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We really enjoy coming here and will continue to do so when we come to Puerto Vallarta!

An absolute gem in Conchas Chinas

Our stay at Casa Montaña was fabulous! The place is immaculate and beautiful. Maria was amazing - so welcoming, helpful and her breakfasts - delicious! The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is refreshing. We tried lots of Sandy’s restaurant recos and liked them all. Overall a fantastic stay.

Magical Getaway

Sandy and her staff were so friendly and amazing. The property itself was magical and warm and inviting, and had all the amenities one could need. There was a restaurant across the street for convenience. My family and I can't wait to come back!!

Nice neighborhood ( at times a little noisy) good access to downtown restaurants, communication with Housekeeper could be a challenge but Google translator helped!

Fantastic Villa in a Charming Neighborhood

We had an amazing vacation in this gorgeous villa recently. The place is beautifully decorated; the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the private pool and patio areas are fantastic; and Maria's cooking is out of this world. Frankly, we stopped going out to eat, as nothing could compare to Maria's dinners! All around fantastic experience!

What a beautiful villa! Location is perfect, nicer area of PV, but less than 10min to all the action. Absolutely loved it, we will be back for sure! Maria and Moises are awesome too! We felt very pampered. I’d suggest renting a car, much better experience getting to see more of PV on your own time and schedule. No issues with driving anywhere in PV. Thanks guys for a very memorable 25th anniversary! Maria made us a special dinner and decorated the house….very affordable service!

I want to start by saying our stay was wonderful and really allowed for us to have the vacation we needed. Maria and the property management company, especially Moises, Elvis and Sergio were great. Incredibly responsive. We were so happy we chose this property rather than staying at a crowded resort.Maria cooked three meals for us It was a little bit of a challenge because we are vegan/vegetarian. Maria was up for it and did a good job preparing balanced meals for us I especially loved her enchiladas, which she made with vegan cheese and mushrooms. .My husband loved her pancakes as well. I would have liked a little more spice and seasoning, but the food was still delicious. We did have a little excitement when we encountered a small snake in the living room upon our return from being out. My husband was able to remove the snake. We didn't have any issues after that. But apparently snakes and iguanas can be visitors during the rainy season, but it is rare.Additionally, I would recommend replacing the outdoor cushions and umbrellas.They have seen better days.Lastly, the service schedule is a lot if you are looking for privacy. Maria came 3 days to clean, out of the 5 days we were there between 8:30-1pm. The gardener and the pool personn come 3 days a week as well. So when they are all there it is best to find somewhere else to be. This can be inconvenient. That being said, we would definitely return to this property .it was magical.

Rebecca, thank you for your review. We did need to replace the umbrellas and now have two new ones. We're in the process of making new cushions as well. Our housekeeper can definitely come less often, it's a service that we offer but if you let us know that you would like fewer visits that's not a problem. I know that it isn't always convenient for the other staff to come to the house, unfortunately, it's a necessity to keep the pool clean and the plants, well, they need watering. We are in the process of adjusting their schedules to better accommodate our guests. We appreciate your review and glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Wonderful place to stay for 2 couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that are identical, and beautiful, as well as private balconies. The primary has a very large seating area with nice views, the secondary bedroom has the best cure in the house. The pool is well maintained, clean, and the perfect temp, they also provide pfd’s to use. Maria was kind and prepared fresh coffee and a light breakfast every day. She cleaned up our messes from the day before, and was just a delight to be around. I would definitely say here again!We did try to go to the bar/ restaurant across the street, it looked like it has one of the best bite of the sunset in all of PV, but they didn’t have a server at the time we went. Go here, you will love the Mexican charm of this Casa!

Beautiful home.

The home has a great layout and the pool was perfect. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to town. The short way is closed due to construction. Thank you for sharing your home with us Sandy. Great service with the management company.

Wonderful Villa in Conchas Chinas

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa! Very nicely furnished. Maid & grounds keepers are very nice & unobtrusive. Maid comes about 9 which for us is a little early, but she only comes every other day so we could sleep in the other days. View is beautiful..fyi, there is a big radio tower across the street which is the only thing not pretty about the view but that is not the owners fault. Very relaxing getaway. We will stay here again.
