Mesquite features seven championship golf courses within 10 minutes of each other. Casinos, Spas and great dining waits you in Mesquite. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

This condo features on-site exercise room, swimming pool & spa (year around), fully equipped kitchens, Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all rooms!, full-sized washer & dryer and more.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, BBQ area, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

Okay

Place was clean. Supply was very few we only had two dishwasher soap for 4 days with 8 people and not enough dishes to last us for all day. Upstairs bathroom sink was slow called for repair it was weekend maintenance person is not available. Did not math expectation. I will not rent this unit again.

Great Location

This was perfect for our baseball tournament weekend! We pretty much always had the pool to ourselves. Easy parking. Easy check in!

Perfect Home Base

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This was a great place to stay, rest, cook, and regroup between games. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place for the weekend, some overlooked details.

Nice area, convenient for our weekend stay. Unit was furnished with most of what we needed, except 9V batteries for the beeping smoke alarms! We tried to reset the units with no luck and called the after hours number. No help was offered (seems common with property management companies that manage so many units, details get overlooked and they can’t assist when issues like this arise) we were only told someone could come out in the morning. That doesn’t really work when you’d like to get some sleep so we made a trip out to the store late at night and replaced the batteries on our own. Something to keep in mind to check or have available for future renters. The property was nice, clean, not all bathroom toiletries were filled but we made it work. For the most part furnished with everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our party of 6 and the amount of time we planned to spend at the home during the day. We didn’t use the kitchen very much and didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice if we would have had time to do so.

Property location is good

The location and description of the property is as advertised. The location is good. The communication with the property management company needs help. I asked two questions about the rental prior to our arrival and never received an answer. Then I had to contact them for the address and key code. The property was rented for a group of 8 for four nights. The toilet paper rolls were partly used with no backups. Minimal amounts of garbage bags, dish or laundry soap not expected for any length of stay. Never experienced this before. Then I get an email that says we stained to two white towels and wants to charge me for new ones. If the towels where new and not thread bare maybe. But I don’t feel this was our doing. Not happy with the overall experience! Then to top it off they have a paper on the countertop when we checked in that says to save money book directly with them and cut out VRBO. Not professional! We enjoyed Mesquite the property. But next time I will look for a house not managed by Premier Property Management.

Comfortable, safe and friendly

We had a great time exploring the desert near by. Played golf,pickle ball in the park and walking the town trail. We had great neighbors and sunny weather.

Golf was great, kitchen needs help

This condo was very nice ,clean, great location. Did have some issues, no large fry pan, no baking sheets with lips so the juice from what you are cooking leaks. If you drink coffee make sure you bring it with you. All in all the kitchen needs some help if you plan on cooking there. All that said had a great time and would stay there again. Knowing what I know now.

All Golf

Minutes from all golf courses, didn’t like your told AC has to stay at 73.. Living room tv remote didn’t turn on tv. But changed channels. We forgot to leave the car pass, called manger and mailed it back. Would definitely stay again. Overall was home away from home.

Great condo in a quiet area with a surprising view!

Very pleasant condo, tasteful decor, and spacious.  Main floor has two beds, dual access bath.  This is one of the few condos with a gorgeous sunrise view, as well as a view to the south off the deck.  A previous review mentioned problems with carpets, which have been replaced with ceramic tiles.  Vent fans in bath as well as bedroom curtains could use cleaning as they are dangerously dusty.

Excellent space in a great location.

Had a great experience. Everything was easy, from check in to checkout. We had no issues and we were able to enjoy our trip and just have fun.

Hawk Ridge Condominiums

Great location, nice, roomy 3 bedroom condo. Could have been a little cleaner. Pet hair and previous pet accidents found inside throughout our 4 night stay. I purchased a pet cleaner and cleaned them myself. Booked through VRBO, which I will never do again. They misrepresented the associated fees and failed to notify Premier Properties that we were bringing our 2 dogs. Great communications/clarification from Premier Properties, glad I called them prior to departure. Also, I found the additional pet fee (that VRBO failed to disclose at the time of booking) to be higher than normal.

Smoke alarm

Only one thing. The smoke alarm detector on the family room ceiling is going of everY 10 second. It is annoying specially night time. Need to replace the batter. All the rest was as advertised. Thanks.

Perfect for our group

This wa 3 of 3 condo we rented for our group. Everything was perfect for our needs. Even better was the proximity to all the golf courses we played, sole in walking distance! A perfect week!
