Welcome to Felicity! This is one of the most exclusive homes on Anna Maria Island. Our impressive, luxurious, Key West-style home invites you to an unforgettable vacation, and we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

With over 3,000 square feet under air, and 1,500 square feet of outdoor space, this expansive, yet comfortable home, is contemporary and elegant. Located on one of the most enviable spots on Anna Maria Island, our exclusive home is on North Shore Drive - directly on the beach.

The floor to ceiling windows showcase the spectacular and sweeping views of the ocean. Enjoy the expansive terraces on each floor, looking out onto the lovely and colorful sea where you will see pelican fishing and dolphin playing each day. At night, the illuminated Sunshine Skyway Bridge and the lights of St. Petersburg look beautiful in the watery distance.

Felicity enjoys an impressive open floor plan with space to sprawl out. Relax in the living room or den, or prepare fabulous food in a full, gourmet chefs kitchen with three ovens and microwave. Enjoy your chilled wine from the wine refrigerator, or a perfect cup of coffee.

Wake up to the sound of waves lapping on the beach! Felicity sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Three of the bedrooms have large, comfortable, king beds, and the fourth has two bunk beds with Queens on the bottom and XL Twins on top. An elevator to all floors is convenient for those unable to use the stairs. Decorated with beautiful furniture, our home is contemporary, yet comfortable, and, for added comfort and enjoyment, an easily programmed iPad provides the music inside and out.

I hosted a business retreat at Felicity and we could not have asked for more. The listing was accurate and the service from Sato Real Estate was easy and efficient. If we had an issue they were right there to fix it ASAP. I highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future.

This house is so beautiful and has the most beautiful view. Everything you need is in the house to make a wonderful vacation with family. We cooked in most nights because the kitchen is so great and the house is so relaxing. We have rented this house two years in a row. Sad that we can't rent next year but the price is going up $3000!

Nice House Getaway

Very nice house. No problems, no issues. Beautiful view from the back of the house across the bay to the large bridge. In the water were sea gulls, pelicans, manatees, dolphins and sting rays. Beautiful nature. This house was well appointed, great dishes, kitchen to die for, large fridge all in good shape. Plenty of fun items, kayaks, ping pong table, Foos ball, beach umbrellas and chairs. A wonderful pool. An easy walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Close to the Rod & Reel Pier.

Best Vacation Ever

Our group has rented many beach houses over the years in many different locations. Bay Breeze was by far the best yet!!! The house is beautiful, the views are stunning. It is so well equipped there’s no need to go anywhere once you arrive! This will be our annual destination from here on out.

We had the most wonderful time. The home is beyond beautiful and the location is perfection. There were a few minor things we would improve. They only supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We knew this and did buy more, but for such an expensive rental it just seems an odd thing to skimp on. Having an extra roll in each bathroom would just be really nice for the price you are paying not to have to worry about running out to buy toilet paper on your trip. The towels were also quite basic. Again, we had read that in the reviews, but the beach towels expecially were very small and thin. And there was only one towel per guest, so if you got one wet you were out of luck for another dry towel. Again, for the price of the rental it would just make sense to have a little higher quality of towels, and to have some extras. Pillows were also quite flat. The owner of the property personally called us to see if we were happy and we really appreciate that. It was clear that the small issues were things controlled by the rental agency, not the owner. She said to mention it because everyone tells her the same thing when she calls, but that the rental place always tells her no one complains about it. The rental place was very responsive when we had issues with heating the pool, but I think they could make a few changes with having better/more towels, pillows and extra toilet paper and a few essentials around. They also only supplied two dishwasher tabs for example.

Wonderful house in Anna Maria

Great experience and beautiful home. Perfect for our group. Loved having amenities like kayaks and beach chairs/umbrellas. The pause restaurants nearby both delicious and convenient. The views were outstanding and outdoor furniture super comfortable way to relax and take them in. Kids loved pool and hot tub. Great to find baby gate! Valued having the washer and dryer to use. Really the best vacation couldn’t be happier! And the decor was so lovely!!

Amazing home

The house was wonderful and will definitely stay here again. Incredible views, beautifully decorated, one of the few houses with a completely private yard/pool surrounded by lush landscaping, and private beach with a strip of turf, which was very convenient for relaxing while the kids played in the sand. Kayaks, ping pong table, and all of the pool/sand toys were a great added bonus. Fully equipped with absolutely everything you need and more and looks exactly like the pictures. The only minor negative is the number and quality of bath towels provided; you only get one per guest and they are pretty thin. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and could have stayed for weeks on this gorgeous property!

Amazing location and beautiful home!

We loved our stay at bay breeze. The house was clean and had plenty of spaces for our crew to spread out and relax. We could easily walk to the rod and reel pier restaurant and were able to get everywhere else by golf cart. I would recommend bringing extra beach towels, as there are no extras at the house. So if you wanted to go to the beach in the morning and then come back and swim, there are not enough towels to use more than 1 a day. It also means you must do a load of beach towels every single day if you want clean towels the next day. Extras would have been nice. Also, just a note to know before staying here, there is only a starter kit of things like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. You need to buy or bring everything from coffee filters and salt & pepper to laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Other than having to stock the house with all the household consumables, it was great. The views are amazing and beds are comfortable. Check in and out are super easy and we appreciated how little we were required to do to check out, just turn off the lights and lock the doors. We loved the house and would highly recommend it!

Fabulous beach house!

We've rented many beach houses over the years and Bay Breeze was by far the most perfect and beautiful. There were eight of us; four adults and four kids (ages 5, 7, 10 & 12). Located on it's own little beach, private pool, close to Rod & Reel Pier and a short walk or bike ride to the gorgeous Bean Point Beach. I had visions of enjoying a few meals out at some of the cute little cafes - but we didn't want to venture away from the house! We didn't go out one single time (except to the Donut Experiment a few mornings .... DON'T MISS THE DONUT EXPERIMENT!). Game room was a big plus during a few rainy days. Can't go wrong with Bay Breeze! So grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us

Beautiful home

We stayed for a week at Bay Breeze. The house and location are beautiful. Upon arrival we didn’t have much hot water or water pressure. The house manager came immediately and said we needed to turn on all the faucets including the bathtub to get the hot water to the top floor. The hot water finally worked but had hardly any water pressure all week. The house had everything we we needed. The floors were a bit sandy when we arrived. We had a lovely week. The morning we were departing we got up at 5 am and went to shower and didn’t have a drop of water in the house. We had to leave by 7 am to get to the airport so we called the emergency number but never got a response. We had 6 adults that needed to shower that morning but had to leave with none of us able to. I had to brush my teeth in the laundry room because there was a tiny trickle before we left. Hours later I got an apology for the inconvenience. I think we should have received compensation not an I’m sorry.

Family Vacation

The house was very pretty, the pool and hot tub were very nice, although you lose sun really early in the day. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We saw dolphins everyday, tons of shells all along the beach, and home is close to town.

Most perfect rental home.. ever!

Bay Breeze is truly an exceptional, one of a kind rental property. We travel often and this home ranks as the most beautiful, cleanest and quite honestly, the most perfect home ever . The views are breathtaking from the living area and upstairs bedrooms. It has a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bath has a large rain shower as well as a stand alone massive tub. The linens and towels were top notch. The decor in the home is absolutely beautiful while also complimenting the full bay views. The home is in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants and the like. The private beach worked perfectly for us and we awoke every morning to enjoy the sunrises and dolphin visits. It is clear the owners have put a tremendous amount of thought into every aspect of this home. They also called to check in upon our arrival and left two bottle of wine chilling in the wine fridge. We are grateful they shared their home and will most definitely be back!
