Excellent stay, comfortable condo, amazing beds

We had an excellent stay. Everything was very comfortable, Clean, and the location was relatively good. All the beds are extremely comfortable, much more so than I anticipated. Actually they were highlight. The condo is comfortable, with Good and ample seating. The bathrooms are very nice of the showerhead sleeve a little to be desired and they don't really put out a lot of water, that could be a Florida thing or it could be they just need a little cleaning. Some negatives, you can't really walk to any type of pool. I found that extremely disappointing. Also location is a little far from Disney or the I4 entertainment areas. Other than that, I would stay there again in an instant

Resort Review

Pros: The food and the waitstaff at the restaurants (Eleven and Traditions) were excellent .....The Villa was nice and comfortable. Cons: Disappointed in the pool at Villas North - in need of an overall upgrade. Disappointed in the water park - too small, too crowded, lazy river felt very claustrophobic and not relaxing. Didn't like that we had to drive to go anywhere on property - fitness center, pools, restaurants, golf courses. Personal health issues make it hard to walk long distances...Called for the Reunion ride share one time but was told 20 min wait.

Hi Timothy! Thank you for choosing to stay with Reunion Resort, we're sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to expectations. We work tirelessly with property owners to ensure their homes are up-to-date and well maintained. I'm passing this up to our leadership team for further review. We do provide a resort shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off anywhere within the resort, as demand can fluctuate so can the wait times. We strive to make sure no one is waiting longer than need be and we provide multiple busses throughout the day to ensure we stay on top of demand. We recommend guests to check the app for updated arrival times. While this trip didn't live up to expectations, we hope you'll keep us in mind for a future stay so we can show you why Reunion Resort & Golf Club is a world class destination. Sincerely, Reunion Resort & Golf Club

Villa review

Villa was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would have a couple of suggestions for the bathrooms. My wife is disabled and some shower bars and handheld shower nozzles in all the bathrooms, so there is more flexibility. Overall everyone was helpful and friendly… nice resort!😊

Our stay

The resort was beautiful and the staff were so kind. I wish we didn't have so many issues with our place. Fridge stopped working on day one. Thankfully they replaced it pretty fast but the ice maker did not work and we couldn't use the water on the fridge due to the filter needing to be replaced. The dish washer leaked so we couldn't use it. The drain in the master shower wasn't screwed in so it kept coming up and was a hazard. The elevator went out and we were on the fourth floor. I will say that did get fixed pretty fast but we had to use the steps for a day. I hope they fixed these things before the next guest.

Making Memories

We selected this property based on the location of the resort, amenities and previous reviews. The unit was very well maintained and prepared for our stay. It was spacious and accommodated our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity to the water park. The location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We visited Disney World on 4 days. We were close in proximity but we experienced at times traffic delays. We would stay at this property again.

Roomy and close to Disney

Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Unit is roomy, with high ceilings. Furniture & beds are comfortable and in good condition. Deep balcony with chairs, dining set, and view of golf course. 4th (top) floor near elevator, but very quiet. Property includes a great water park for kids and adults. Very convenient to Disney parks. Multiple on-site dining options. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We liked the proximity to all the major parks and to lots of restaurants. It was wonderful to spread out. The three separate bathrooms were a life saver. The furnishing and beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that it was too dark. More lighting would have been better. w
