The modern kitchen with crisp, white finishes and stainless-steel appliances creates an impressive space that opens out to the balcony overlooking Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve—an ideal spot to relax in the sun or refine your BBQ skills while enjoying the birds and wildlife.

The upstairs level is furnished with an 8-seater dining table, Smart TV, and modular couch. The master bedroom, with easy access to a stylish bathroom (including a bath) and a separate toilet, completes this level.

Downstairs, a second spacious living zone awaits, perfect for family entertainment with a surround-sound TV experience. This light-filled room opens to the courtyard-style yard and the outdoor entertaining deck at the rear of the property. Two additional bedrooms, both with built-in robes, a centrally located bathroom, and a laundry with washing/drying facilities ensure comfort and convenience.

Linen and towels are provided, and the cleaning fee covers cleaning, linen for 2 queen beds, 2 sets of single bunks, and towels for 8 guests. Extra fees apply for additional cleaning related to pets, visitors, and longer stays.

• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
• We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
- Whilst we welcome guests with pets to our property, to ensure a delightful stay for everyone, we kindly request that you seek permission before bringing your furry friend. We happily accommodate well-behaved pets, and please be aware that fees will apply. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and ensures a pleasant experience for both you and your pet. Please reach out to us with your request, and we'll be delighted to assist you and provide details on applicable fees.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
• Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
• Lost keys and remote controls
• Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
• Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
• Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
